To upload and embed a slideshow presentation on SlideShare in a Blogger blog post, users first upload their file to SlideShare and copy the embed code. They then create a new blog post in Blogger, paste the embed code into the HTML editor, add a title, and publish the post. This allows the slideshow to be displayed and shared directly within the blog.
