BONDING FRITS
• Organic glues are just not hard enough
to bind the abrasive materials required
for durable grinding wheels. Bonding
Frits are glass-like ceramic materials,
which are powdered and compacted
with the abrasive materials required for
grinding wheels. The frit forms hard
ceramic mass, with the abrasive grains
embedded within it. These grains are
not easily displaced.
• We manufacture bonding frits of
different hardness and melting
temperatures, to suit our customers
needs.
FRITTED TRACES
• As human beings need vitamins to
supplement their diets, plants need trace
quantities of certain elements, such as
cobalt, nickel, zinc, iron. Borax, etc. for full
health and growth. These oxides can be
supplied as metal salts, but these salts will be
washed away with the first rains, and 90-95%
of the metal salts are not only wasted, but go
to areas where they are not required, and
add to chemical pollution of our rivers and
seas.
• The best way to supply plants with these
essential trace elements is by way of 'Fritted
Traces' - i.e. glassy granules which contain
the required essential elements. These frits
are sparingly soluble, so that plants get only
the required quantity of trace elements, and
they are large, heavy grains, which will mix
with the soil, and not wash away easily.
