Reading Program
   (Starts on 24 September)

3P and Qingtian *

Reading program aims at building up students’ reading habit
and interests.

The books will be sent home on Thursday and please
remind your child to read and sign. Students need to return
the book on next Thursday.
How to learn?
•   Circle time

•   Group learning

•   Role play

•   Story telling

•   Songs & nursery rhymes

•   Active white board
Observation
The teachers will be observing the children
throughout the year during the learning and teaching
process, in order to assess their development in term
of Listening & Speaking, Reading and Writing skills.

Observation will be carried out while the kids are
singing and saying rhymes, write Characters, having
simple conversation taught, doing role plays, being
engaged in reading simple books, recognizing words
taught, doing homework, etc.

  • 5. Our teaching is coordinated with the PYP inquiry themes indicated in the Program Overview distributed by the homeroom.

  • 9. Reading Program (Starts on 24 September) 3P and Qingtian * Reading program aims at building up students’ reading habit and interests. The books will be sent home on Thursday and please remind your child to read and sign. Students need to return the book on next Thursday.

Observation The teachers will be observing the children throughout the year during the learning and teaching process, in order to assess their development in term of Listening & Speaking, Reading and Writing skills. Observation will be carried out while the kids are singing and saying rhymes, write Characters, having simple conversation taught, doing role plays, being engaged in reading simple books, recognizing words taught, doing homework, etc.
