This document lists the most frequently cited serious OSHA violations from October 1, 2013 to September 30, 2014. It provides details on 19 categories of violations, including the specific standards violated and number of violations in each category. The most common violations were in the areas of hazard communication, machine guarding, means of egress, powered industrial vehicles, welding/cutting, and lockout/tagout requirements.

I try to avoid food where the pesticide is sprayed directly on the part you are eating.
