This document discusses how to sideload apps outside of the Windows Store using Windows PowerShell and DISM. Specifically, it describes adding a certificate to the root store and then using DISM to provisionally add an appx package without requiring a license in order to sideload the ROVABU Software BV Setup Commander app outside of the Windows Store.
