1) The Educational Technology Unit at CPUT aims to promote the integration of technologies in teaching and learning to create transformative and meaningful learning experiences for students. 2) The unit provides training for staff, conducts research on educational technologies, and supports faculty with services like equipment, design, and multimedia production. 3) Examples of projects include digital storytelling, podcasting, clickers, mobile learning, and research on emerging technologies like tablets and flipped classrooms.
