very accurate. My natural behaviors are relationship focused. Although, I have some flexibility to
operate within the C style (Compliant, Conscientious), the most difficult development zone for me
is the D style (Dominant, Directing) and will require a deliberate change in behavior and a great
deal of energy as I fall in the lower level of this style.

Answer:
Before Humanities 210, my processes for decision making and preference development were based
on more mental pleasure than physical pleasure. Happiness was the ideal feeling and I would
try to feel happy as long as possible. Having wonderful relationships with family and friends,
making wise decisions, and thinking of ways to improve life were the most important goals to
achieve happiness. However, when moments of extreme happiness emerged, great sadness
followed. Although it was unclear at the time, I was following the concepts of Epicureanism.

Humanities as a Technique for Living, say that Epicureanism believes complete happiness is a
moderate amount of pleasure with freedom from pain (338). Thus, I realized moderation of

The Airbus A380, one of the largest passenger aircraft in the world, made its debut commercial
flight with Singapore Airlines flying from Singapore to Sydney in October 2007. Qantas Flight 32
was the scheduled passenger flight of the A380 fleet which suffered an uncontained engine rotor
failure on November 4, 2010 and made an emergency landing at Changi Airport.
The UERF was caused by the crack present in the oil feed pipe which developed over a period of
time due to fatigue. The crack grew to a size which allowed the oil in the pipe to be released in the
HP/IP buffer space, during the occurrence flight. There was severe damage caused to the flight.
However, the robust design and structural strength of the jet sustained the damage which might
have destroyed the airlines of the past decade.
The crew members of Qantas displayed excellent skills in managing the incident and the high
standards of piloting culture saved QF32 from a catastrophic crash which enabled Qantas to keep
up the brand name and protect its values of safety of customers . The management decided to
ground the fleet of A380s for further inspection after the incident.

ACCA workshop was actually a very helpful experience.

to be a great idea however for myself, nobody in the room knew me well enough, so I decided to
take this concept home to ask people who knew me well to get a better understanding of my

decision. Lying to terrorists may seem like an easy decision, however in this case it puts the life
of another individual at risk. If caught he and the man who saved his life will be killed. He
completes the suit and manages to escape. As he returns to the United States, he immediately calls
a press conference where he informs the press that his company will no longer produce weapons.
This is another major ethical decision made by Tony Stark. This decision was made to prevent loss
of innocent life and to keep the weapons out of the hands of terrorists.
