Abstract
I identify the central problem of the Orchard Gardens School as children attempting to collectively create a shared originary culture of learning, but having their attempts unintentionally sabotaged by aspects of their socio-school milieu. However, I argue that effective educating begins when a safe haven is created, continues when students are taught to create and use mind screens, and becomes enriched when students create their own learning projects through large music creating groups, science and mathematical applications, and generally through beginning to enter non discursive linguistic domains of drama, music, dance, and art.
Academic Achievement of Adolescents In Relation To Parental Encouragementiosrjce
This Study examines the Academic Achievement of Adolescence and Parental encouragement, the
encouragement support exerts most direct influence upon the acquisition of academic achievement. This study
explored the extent to which the parental encouragement has relation with academic achievement among school
students. Parents play a key role in shaping students achievement. Family factors such as parent’s level of
education, Parental expectations and parental support for their children seem to extent some influences on
adolescents academic achievement. Parents play an important role in educational motivation of their children.
They provide necessary facilities and educational environment which results is better performance in school.
Parents approve and appreciate activities related to education and remove any difficult felt by their wards. This
type of behavior of Parents is known as parental encouragement. In other wards parental encouragement
refers to the guidance, communication and interest shown by the parents to promote their wards progress in
school.
This document discusses the challenges of teaching science to adolescent learners in the 21st century. It examines the cognitive abilities of adolescents across five domains: adaptability, complex communication/social skills, non-routine problem-solving skills, self-management/self-development, and systems thinking. The document argues that adolescent learners face unique challenges compared to younger students due to their cognitive development. It recommends that science education be tailored to capitalize on adolescents' abilities while addressing the constraints of their stage of development.

Introduction
Vygostky is best known as an education psychologist with socio-cultural theory. According to his theory, social interaction leads continuous changes in children’s thought and behavior that are different in different cultures. He suggests three ways that cultural tool can be transferred which includes; imitative learning, instructed learning, and collaborative learning (Harris & Schroeder, 2013).
Basic Elements underlying the Vygotskian Framework
To implement socio-cultural theory basic underlying principles assist in its development. One of these elements is that children construct their knowledge. This involves the practice where children speak to themselves planning and guiding their own behavior. Preschoolers are mostly in this category since they have not learnt proper social skills and therefore result to having a private speech to help in accomplishing tasks (Hallam, Mani, & Lee, 2011). The second element is that development cannot be separated from its social context. This Suggest that children are more socialized in the dominant culture and this lay their foundation in development. The third element is that learning can lead development and the fourth is that language plays a central role in mental development. Following this process of socialization in the dominant culture induces cognitive development (Ballard & Butler, 2011).
My personal experience depicts that Language plays a central role in mental development. After birth I belonged to our culture where before I joined school I got the primary socialization. However, the first thing I mastered was my cultural language which equipped me with the capability to know the norms and values in my society. I later joined school where language was necessary for communication and learning process. My maturation has been as a result of my education which has made me who I am. I could not have done anything without support from my parents and teachers. These wonderful people in my life instilled knowledge, skills and understanding that lacked in me. I have developed higher mental function which involves ability to plan, evaluate, memorize and reason.
Socio-cultural Theory Revolutions
Vygotsky theory was based on a truly scientific psychology which could aid in the revolutionary transformation of society and help in exposing the capitalist’s myth. The theory realized that a scientific understanding would first require a scientific theory of human society. The prevailing ideas in the time of the theory were that human psychology originates in the isolated individuals. However, there is a scientific alternative that progressives can advance. Alexander Luria seemed surprised that the science of psychology has avoided the idea that many mental processes are social and historical in origin and that important manifestations of human consciousness have ...
Every function in the child’s cultural development appears twice: first, on the social level, and later, on the individual level; first, between people (interpsychological) and then inside the child (intrapsychological). This applies equally to voluntary attention, to logical memory, and to the formation of concepts. All the higher functions originate as actual relationships between individuals. (Vygotsky, 1978, p.57)
“the distance between the actual developmental level as determined by independent problem solving and the level of potential development as determined through problem solving under adult guidance, or in collaboration with more capable peers.”
This document discusses a proposed research study on the effect of home environment on emotional intelligence and academic stress among higher secondary school students. The study aims to examine the relationship between home environment, emotional intelligence, and academic stress. It will survey higher secondary students in Bareilly, India to assess levels of these variables. The study also seeks to analyze differences in these factors based on gender and academic stream (science, arts, commerce). Standardized assessment tools will be used to collect data, which will then be statistically analyzed using techniques like t-tests and ANOVA. The research hopes to provide insights on how home environment impacts students' emotions and stress.

Respond to 8 students - due in 2 hours - 50 words each - I have put a guided response for each set to help with the response:
Guided Response:
Review several of your classmates’ posts and respond to at least two classmates. Offer an additional example of how development of the age groups your classmates selected influence curriculum decisions.
Student 1: Tracie:
The age group I chose is 3-5 years of age. The physical development of children in this age group is movement and coordination which can also influence the curriculum. During this time, children’s’ brains are like sponges. They are watching and learning everything in their environment. This age group brings a “wide variety of experiences to the preschool setting, which should serve to inform curricular decisions (Jaruszewicz, 2013). The social and emotional aspect of this age group is that of caring, understanding and many more. Three to five-year old’s need the aptness to proceed around and we as teachers should promote physical development. A great way of doing this is consistently doing active play inside and also outside of the classroom. Teachers should label bins and shelves that have objects such as toys and the areas they are playing/ working in. The children will be able to independently pick them up and return them as they play. Incorporate games in the curriculum that lets them move free and easily within the game.
Cognitive aspect of a 3-5-year-old is that their brain functions are learning things on a daily base to help the child. In the newsletter by Paraskevopoulou it was written: “Curriculums that include topics such as appropriate scheduling, creating a developmentally appropriate classroom, and making the most of learning centers, will help create a classroom environment that actively engages the child and keeps his or her attention. When implemented in the classroom, these components contribute to less discipline problems and a smoother day” (Paraskevopoulou, F, (2008).
The key to successful learning, especially for children ages 3-5, you must have a classroom environment that’s design especially for them. The environment should be one where they able to move around freely with no obstacles in their way. The curriculum must be on the preschool level for the students to understand.

A Study of Comparative Educational Aspiration of Higher Secondary School Stud...ijtsrd
The Educational aspiration and aspiration esteem are the two important psychological factors determine student’s achievement in the class room. In this age of science and technology, study is a prime requisite to survive in the world. Therefore it is necessary for all to study, to think to observe to concentrate to analyze knowledge. Study as a technique of approaching knowledge should be acquired. Good study depends on effective methods of reading, observing, concentrating, remembering, organizing, using the ideas learnt and developing. Educational Aspiration in one of those central concepts that are frequently used in everyday life. You will agree that are we spend a lot of time pondering over our own selves. It is indeed the center of all human activities. You too must have nurtured some ideas about your own educational aspiration. Interestingly enough, we are not born with the notion of Our Own Aspiration.as distinct from others Aspiration. It has been observed that children start howling some ideas of Aspiration around two years of age. In the beginning they learn about own Aspiration from parents, friends, and teachers. The structure of Aspiration, therefore, is open to modification in the light of our experience in the world. Aspiration involves the mental representations of personal experience and includes a physical body, thought process, and a conscious experience and includes a physical body, thought process, and a conscious experience that one has separate existence. Taking these into Consideration, it may be said that Aspiration refers to the totality of an individual s thoughts and feelings having reference to her Aspiration or him Aspiration as an object. R.

BROAD UNEXPOSED SKILLS OF TRANSGENDER ENTREPRENEURSIAEME Publication
Since ages gender difference is always a debatable theme whether caused by nature, evolution or environment. The birth of a transgender is dreadful not only for the child but also for their parents. The pain of living in the wrong physique and treated as second class victimized citizen is outrageous and fully harboured with vicious baseless negative scruples. For so long, social exclusion had perpetuated inequality and deprivation experiencing ingrained malign stigma and besieged victims of crime or violence across their life spans. They are pushed into the murky way of life with a source of eternal disgust, bereft sexual potency and perennial fear. Although they are highly visible but very little is known about them. The common public needs to comprehend the ravaged arrogance on these insensitive souls and assist in integrating them into the mainstream by offering equal opportunity, treat with humanity and respect their dignity. Entrepreneurship in the current age is endorsing the gender fairness movement. Unstable careers and economic inadequacy had inclined one of the gender variant people called Transgender to become entrepreneurs. These tiny budding entrepreneurs resulted in economic transition by means of employment, free from the clutches of stereotype jobs, raised standard of living and handful of financial empowerment. Besides all these inhibitions, they were able to witness a platform for skill set development that ignited them to enter into entrepreneurial domain. This paper epitomizes skill sets involved in trans-entrepreneurs of Thoothukudi Municipal Corporation of Tamil Nadu State and is a groundbreaking determination to sightsee various skills incorporated and the impact on entrepreneurship.

Living in 21st century in itself reminds all of us the necessity of police and its administration. As more and more we are entering into the modern society and culture, the more we require the services of the so called ‘Khaki Worthy’ men i.e., the police personnel. Whether we talk of Indian police or the other nation’s police, they all have the same recognition as they have in India. But as already mentioned, their services and requirements are different after the like 26th November, 2008 incidents, where they without saving their own lives has sacrificed themselves without any hitch and without caring about their respective family members and wards. In other words, they are like our heroes and mentors who can guide us from the darkness of fear, militancy, corruption and other dark sides of life and so on. Now the question arises, if Gandhi would have been alive today, what would have been his reaction/opinion to the police and its functioning? Would he have some thing different in his mind now what he had been in his mind before the partition or would he be going to start some Satyagraha in the form of some improvement in the functioning of the police administration? Really these questions or rather night mares can come to any one’s mind, when there is too much confusion is prevailing in our minds, when there is too much corruption in the society and when the polices working is also in the questioning because of one or the other case throughout the India. It is matter of great concern that we have to thing over our administration and our practical approach because the police personals are also like us, they are part and parcel of our society and among one of us, so why we all are pin pointing towards them.

ATTRITION IN THE IT INDUSTRY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC: LINKING EMOTIONAL INTE...IAEME Publication
Globally, Millions of dollars were spent by the organizations for employing skilled Information Technology (IT) professionals. It is costly to replace unskilled employees with IT professionals possessing technical skills and competencies that aid in interconnecting the business processes. The organization’s employment tactics were forced to alter by globalization along with technological innovations as they consistently diminish to remain lean, outsource to concentrate on core competencies along with restructuring/reallocate personnel to gather efficiency. As other jobs, organizations or professions have become reasonably more appropriate in a shifting employment landscape, the above alterations trigger both involuntary as well as voluntary turnover. The employee view on jobs is also afflicted by the COVID-19 pandemic along with the employee-driven labour market. So, having effective strategies is necessary to tackle the withdrawal rate of employees. By associating Emotional Intelligence (EI) along with Talent Management (TM) in the IT industry, the rise in attrition rate was analyzed in this study. Only 303 respondents were collected out of 350 participants to whom questionnaires were distributed. From the employees of IT organizations located in Bangalore (India), the data were congregated. A simple random sampling methodology was employed to congregate data as of the respondents. Generating the hypothesis along with testing is eventuated. The effect of EI and TM along with regression analysis between TM and EI was analyzed. On Nylon/BaSO4, the wear behavior was measured by a wear monitor, pinon-disc friction by varying reinforcement, sliding speed, and sliding distance, and the microstructure of the crack surfaces was observed by SEM. This study provides significant contributions to ultimate strength by increasing BaSO4 content up to 16% in the composites, and sliding speed contributes 72.45% to the wear rate
ROLE OF SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN RURAL DEVELOPMENT OF INDIA - PROBLEMS AND ...IAEME Publication
The majority of the population in India lives in villages. The village is the back bone of the country. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Developing the rural economy is one of the key indicators towards a country’s success. Whether it be the need to look after the welfare of the farmers or invest in rural infrastructure, Governments have to ensure that rural development isn’t compromised. The economic development of our country largely depends on the progress of rural areas and the standard of living of rural masses. Village or rural industries play an important role in the national economy, particularly in the rural development. Rural entrepreneurship is based on stimulating local entrepreneurial talent and the subsequent growth of indigenous enterprises. It recognizes opportunity in the rural areas and accelerates a unique blend of resources either inside or outside of agriculture. Rural entrepreneurship brings an economic value to the rural sector by creating new methods of production, new markets, new products and generate employment opportunities thereby ensuring continuous rural development. Social Entrepreneurship has the direct and primary objective of serving the society along with the earning profits. So, social entrepreneurship is different from the economic entrepreneurship as its basic objective is not to earn profits but for providing innovative solutions to meet the society needs which are not taken care by majority of the entrepreneurs as they are in the business for profit making as a sole objective. So, the Social Entrepreneurs have the huge growth potential particularly in the developing countries like India where we have huge societal disparities in terms of the financial positions of the population. Still 22 percent of the Indian population is below the poverty line and also there is disparity among the rural & urban population in terms of families living under BPL. 25.7 percent of the rural population & 13.7 percent of the urban population is under BPL which clearly shows the disparity of the poor people in the rural and urban areas. The need to develop social entrepreneurship in agriculture is dictated by a large number of social problems. Such problems include low living standards, unemployment, and social tension. The reasons that led to the emergence of the practice of social entrepreneurship are the above factors. The research problem lays upon disclosing the importance of role of social entrepreneurship in rural development of India. The paper the tendencies of social entrepreneurship in India, to present successful examples of such business for providing recommendations how to improve situation in rural areas in terms of social entrepreneurship development. Indian government has made some steps towards development of social enterprises, social entrepreneurship, and social in- novation, but a lot remains to be improved.
OPTIMAL RECONFIGURATION OF POWER DISTRIBUTION RADIAL NETWORK USING HYBRID MET...IAEME Publication
Distribution system is a critical link between the electric power distributor and the consumers. Most of the distribution networks commonly used by the electric utility is the radial distribution network. However in this type of network, it has technical issues such as enormous power losses which affect the quality of the supply. Nowadays, the introduction of Distributed Generation (DG) units in the system help improve and support the voltage profile of the network as well as the performance of the system components through power loss mitigation. In this study network reconfiguration was done using two meta-heuristic algorithms Particle Swarm Optimization and Gravitational Search Algorithm (PSO-GSA) to enhance power quality and voltage profile in the system when simultaneously applied with the DG units. Backward/Forward Sweep Method was used in the load flow analysis and simulated using the MATLAB program. Five cases were considered in the Reconfiguration based on the contribution of DG units. The proposed method was tested using IEEE 33 bus system. Based on the results, there was a voltage profile improvement in the system from 0.9038 p.u. to 0.9594 p.u.. The integration of DG in the network also reduced power losses from 210.98 kW to 69.3963 kW. Simulated results are drawn to show the performance of each case.

Embedded machine learning-based road conditions and driving behavior monitoringIJECEIAES
Car accident rates have increased in recent years, resulting in losses in human lives, properties, and other financial costs. An embedded machine learning-based system is developed to address this critical issue. The system can monitor road conditions, detect driving patterns, and identify aggressive driving behaviors. The system is based on neural networks trained on a comprehensive dataset of driving events, driving styles, and road conditions. The system effectively detects potential risks and helps mitigate the frequency and impact of accidents. The primary goal is to ensure the safety of drivers and vehicles. Collecting data involved gathering information on three key road events: normal street and normal drive, speed bumps, circular yellow speed bumps, and three aggressive driving actions: sudden start, sudden stop, and sudden entry. The gathered data is processed and analyzed using a machine learning system designed for limited power and memory devices. The developed system resulted in 91.9% accuracy, 93.6% precision, and 92% recall. The achieved inference time on an Arduino Nano 33 BLE Sense with a 32-bit CPU running at 64 MHz is 34 ms and requires 2.6 kB peak RAM and 139.9 kB program flash memory, making it suitable for resource-constrained embedded systems.
DEEP LEARNING FOR SMART GRID INTRUSION DETECTION: A HYBRID CNN-LSTM-BASED MODELijaia
As digital technology becomes more deeply embedded in power systems, protecting the communication
networks of Smart Grids (SG) has emerged as a critical concern. Distributed Network Protocol 3 (DNP3)
represents a multi-tiered application layer protocol extensively utilized in Supervisory Control and Data
Acquisition (SCADA)-based smart grids to facilitate real-time data gathering and control functionalities.
Robust Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) are necessary for early threat detection and mitigation because
of the interconnection of these networks, which makes them vulnerable to a variety of cyberattacks. To
solve this issue, this paper develops a hybrid Deep Learning (DL) model specifically designed for intrusion
detection in smart grids. The proposed approach is a combination of the Convolutional Neural Network
(CNN) and the Long-Short-Term Memory algorithms (LSTM). We employed a recent intrusion detection
dataset (DNP3), which focuses on unauthorized commands and Denial of Service (DoS) cyberattacks, to
train and test our model. The results of our experiments show that our CNN-LSTM method is much better
at finding smart grid intrusions than other deep learning algorithms used for classification. In addition,
our proposed approach improves accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score, achieving a high detection
accuracy rate of 99.50%.

Gas agency management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
The project entitled "Gas Agency" is done to make the manual process easier by making it a computerized system for billing and maintaining stock. The Gas Agencies get the order request through phone calls or by personal from their customers and deliver the gas cylinders to their address based on their demand and previous delivery date. This process is made computerized and the customer's name, address and stock details are stored in a database. Based on this the billing for a customer is made simple and easier, since a customer order for gas can be accepted only after completing a certain period from the previous delivery. This can be calculated and billed easily through this. There are two types of delivery like domestic purpose use delivery and commercial purpose use delivery. The bill rate and capacity differs for both. This can be easily maintained and charged accordingly.

dominated by respect for gifted people: about60% of respondents believe that it is the
property of the nation. In terms of building an innovative economy, the modernization of the
Russian society the task of systematic, effective work with gifted children and youth is
becoming particularly relevant. In the Russian education system has developed a certain
infrastructure for finding and supporting gifted children. Since 2003, under the programme
"Gifted children" of the Federal target the program "Children of Russia" in all Federal
districts created by the centers for work with gifted children who solve problems of
coordination of efforts various educational institutions to create conditions for learning and
education of gifted children in different fields of knowledge, culture and sports; form a
database of gifted children.
Creating conditions that ensure the identification and development of gifted children, the
realization of their potential, is one of the priorities of modern society. Giftedness is a
systemic, life-developing quality of the psyche that determines whether a person can achieve
higher, extraordinary results in one or more activities compared to other people. Today, most
psychologists recognize that the level, qualitative originality and character of the development
of giftedness is always the result of a complex interaction of heredity (natural inclinations)
and the social environment, mediated by the activities of the child (game, educational, labor).
In this case, of particular importance are the child's own activity, as well as psychological
mechanisms of self-development of the individual, underlying the formation and
implementation of individual talent.
Under the giftedness of the child understand a higher than his peers susceptibility to
learning and more pronounced creative manifestations. Giftedness as a system of education of
the individual is a coordinator, regulator, stimulator of creative activity, contributes to finding
solutions that enable the child to better adapt to the world, the environment, other people,
himself. Gifted-this is the most promising group of students, which can not be approached
with standard measures, as their training in traditional methods destroys creativity. The most
complete disclosure of the potential of gifted and talented children is an urgent task of modern
education. Giftedness is distinguished by the breadth of manifestation and type of preferred
activity. One of the types of giftedness is intellectual giftedness-the ability to think, analyze,
compare facts. Highly gifted children, defined mainly by intelligence tests, make up a very
small proportion of the population. The coefficient of mental development of such children is
160-200 points. In some studies, it is assumed to refer to the highly gifted those whose IQ
160-179 points, and to the exceptionally gifted those who have it 180 and above (Working
concept of giftedness, 2003).
A different kind of talent - leadership or social ability. Studies have shown that this type
of giftedness requires above-average mental development. There are many definitions of
leadership talent, which can be identified common features. The main thing is that it is a
certain set of skills of the leader which is necessary for achievement of the purposes decided
before. By definition, leadership skills are mostly interpersonal and include flexibility,
openness, organizational skills. Leadership requires such personal traits as self-esteem,
emotional development, and high moral qualities. Another kind of talent - artistic talent. This
kind of giftedness is maintained and developed in special schools, clubs, studios. It implies
high achievements in the field of artistic creativity and performing skills in music, painting,
sculpture, acting. But one of the major problems is that the school recognizes and respects
these abilities.
Musical giftedness is a kind of giftedness that is characterized by the highest and
extremely individual manifestation of musical abilities. Indicators of musical talent are
brilliant ear for music, phenomenal memory, plastic and well-coordinated motor "apparatus",
incredible learning and high performance. We will not dwell on the above types of giftedness.
3. Forecast of Development of Academic Giftedness of Russian School Children Under the Influence
of External Environment Factors
http://www.iaeme.com/IJCIET/index.asp 164 editor@iaeme.com
In our study, we will try to assess the impact of the socio-cultural environment on this type of
giftedness as academic giftedness.
Academic giftedness is a pronounced ability to learn. This talent is manifested in the
successful teaching of individual subjects and is considered more private, selective. In this
type of giftedness has a fairly high intelligence, but the foreground is a special ability to learn.
Students of this type of giftedness, first of all, are able to brilliantly assimilate information,
that is, to learn. Features of their cognitive sphere (thinking, memory, attention), some
features of their motivation are such that make the teaching for them easy enough, and in
some cases even enjoyable. Students, who are called the pride of the school, often belong to
this type of giftedness, which should not be underestimated. It is from these students that
wonderful professionals, real masters of their craft, are subsequently obtained.
The academic type of giftedness has its own subspecies: 1) schoolchildren with a broad
ability to learn - they easily master any activity, show noticeable success in all school
Sciences, 2) schoolchildren who have increased ability to learn are manifested only in one or
more close areas of activity (to the exact or, for example, humanities).
The difference between intellectually and academically gifted children is that intellectuals
are necessarily independent in thinking - critical, have a need for understanding and
comprehension of the world, the ability to independently reach a global, philosophical
understanding of complex intellectual problems. And academically gifted students are always
geniuses of teaching, they are some kind of brilliant professionals of school and then student
work, excellent masters of fast, durable and high-quality assimilation. Academic giftedness is
more adaptive, their intelligence serves them to adapt and meet the requirements of the social
environment.
One of the most controversial issues concerning the problem of gifted children is the
frequency of children's giftedness. There are two extreme points of view: all children are
gifted — gifted children are extremely rare. Supporters of one of them believe that almost any
healthy child can be developed to the level of the gifted, provided that favorable conditions
are created. For others, giftedness is a unique phenomenon, in which case the focus is on
finding gifted children, but the influence of the socio-cultural environment is not denied.
According to various studies in Russia today from 1-6 percent of gifted children, while in
Japan 13%, in the US-25% (International PISA studies, 2018). The problem of identifying,
developing and supporting gifted children in Russian society is very acute. Many experts
argue that it is possible to develop academic giftedness if favorable external conditions are
created. However, there is no consensus on this issue.
2. PURPOSE OF RESEARCH
The aim of the study is to assess the impact of the social environment on the development of
academic giftedness of schoolchildren in Russia and the construction of a forecast of the
development of academic talent of Russian schoolchildren under the influence of
environmental factors.
Research Problem
1.Determine the number of gifted students (academic giftedness) in Russia.
2.To collect statistical data on several groups of factors (social, demographic, economic
groups of factors) of the social environment that have a possible impact on the academic
giftedness of schoolchildren.

3.Build a correlation model, identify the factors that have the greatest impact on the
development of academic giftedness of students.
4.Build a regression model and forecast of the development of academic giftedness of
students under the influence of factors of the social environment.
The hypothesis of scientific research
The development of academic talent of Russian schoolchildren is greatly influenced by the
social environment. Factors of the social environment can have both positive and negative
impact on the academic giftedness of schoolchildren.
3. METHODS OF RESEARCH
Giftedness is a complex, multidimensional concept. There are many definitions of giftedness.
By giftedness we mean " a qualitatively peculiar combination of abilities, on which the
possibility of achieving high results in the performance of a particular activity depends. This
is a system, developing during the life quality of the psyche, which determines the possibility
of achieving higher (unusual, extraordinary) results" (Burkatskaya N., 2012). Giftedness
consists of many components, including genetic and social. Theoretical studies of foreign and
Russian scientists (N. S. Leites, A. M. Matyushkin, B. Clark, J. Repzulli, S. Reese, etc.)
define giftedness as an innate anatomical and physiological feature of the nervous system
(makings), which develops in the process of specially organized activities and can manifest
itself in different age periods of childhood (Burkatskaya N., 2012).
Today, the majority of studies aimed at the identification and development of gifted
children. In school practice, quite often limited to the assessment of intelligence quotient (IQ),
which is determined by psychometric intelligence tests. It is these tests (often together with
creativity tests used to measure creativity) that are most often used in the selection of children
for classes and schools for the gifted. This ignores the fact that the use of intelligence and
creativity tests has a number of limitations. First, most intelligence tests are not designed to
detect intellectual giftedness, but for other purposes. The intelligent Wexler scale for children
(the original version of the WISC, as well as its domestic modifications) was intended to
determine the level of General intelligence (in particular, to identify delays in mental
development), The amthauer intelligence structure test (SIT) - for career guidance and
professional selection, the differential ability test — DAT) - for predicting academic
performance, etc. Only some of the tests provided for the evaluation of the highest possible
results: the culturally free Kettell test (CFT-C) and the Raven Progressive matrices test (a-
PMR).
It should also be borne in mind that the test data are highly dependent on the testing
situation, the emotional state of the child. At the same time, the more gifted a child is, the
greater this dependence is. Therefore, psychometric tests do not predict the level of
achievement of gifted children. Many intelligence tests measure a specific (private)
intellectual ability, i.e. the formation of specific mental operations. Thus, the existing
psychometric tests of intelligence, fixing its components, do not affect the links between
them, do not evaluate the system of its manifestation. Thus, psychometric tests can be used as
one of the many sources of additional information in the evaluation of a gifted child.
Today, the Federal target program "Gifted children" has developed a "working concept of
giftedness". In this concept, the leading domestic experts in the field of psychology of
giftedness believe that taking into account the specifics of giftedness in childhood, the most
adequate form of identification of signs of giftedness of the child is psychological and
pedagogical monitoring. Pihologo-pedagogical monitoring, used to identify gifted children,
must meet a number of requirements, including "the identification of signs of giftedness of the

child not only in relation to the actual level of his mental development, but also taking into
account the zone of proximal development (in particular, in conditions of enriched subject and
educational environment in the development of individualized learning strategy of the child)",
in the context of changes in the external social environment(Rosobrnadzor, 2018).
4. MATERIALS AND METHODS
This research was conducted using statistical data of the Federal state statistics service,
official data of the Federal Treasury, official data of the Federal service for supervision of
education and science (Rosobrnadzor), as well as using statistical and economic and
mathematical methods.
To determine the number of gifted students in Russia, we used the official data of the
Federal service for supervision of education and science (Rosobrnadzor)in the dynamics from
2010 to 2018.Academically gifted students are students who achieve high success in learning,
internally motivated to cognitive activity.
We have calculated the percentage of gifted students (academic giftedness) in the
dynamics as the ratio of the total number of students who received 100 points in all subjects
on a Single state exam to the total number of participants in the exam this year in the
dynamics from 2010 to 2018.
The study collected statistical data on the factors of the social environment, which has a
direct impact on the development of giftedness. The higher the standard of living, the more
economically developed the society, the higher the level of education and the more adults
participate in continuous education and development, the better the social and living
conditions, the higher the state spending on education, the more opportunities for the
development of gifted children.
During the study, a correlation model was built. 42 factors of the social environment in
the dynamics from 2010 to 2018 were used in the construction of the correlation model. The
result was the indicator "Gifted students (academic giftedness) to the total number of students,
in%".

Statistical data for the regression model are presented in table 1 (Rosobrnadzor, 2018;
GokhbergL., KovalevaN., 2018; Federal state statistics service, 2018).
On the basis of the data obtained, we can observe the positive impact of all three identified
factors of the social environment on the development of academic giftedness of
schoolchildren.
To confirm the influence of the identified factors on the resulting indicator, we have built
a regression model (1)
y=0.034 + 1.166х1 + 0.03х2 + 1,715х3 (1)
where x1 - average monthly nominal accrued wages of employees, rub.
x2-government expenditure on education, billion rub.
х3 - volume of innovative goods (services) produced in Russia, billion rub.
The resulting relationship can be explained as follows: the growth of family income opens
up additional opportunities for the development of children, the opportunity to visit sections,
clubs, museums, cultural events, which has a positive impact on the development of
giftedness. The increase in public spending on education, equipping schools with modern
laboratory and computer classes, material incentives for students to participate and win the
Olympics, the creation of educational centers to identify, develop and support gifted children
(educational center "Sirius") also has a positive impact on the increase in the number of gifted
students. The influence of the third factor "the Volume of innovative goods and services
produced in Russia" can be explained by the fact that innovation is based on the idea,
creativity and innovation. Parents with creativity teach their children to find original solutions
to non-standard problems, to find non-standard solutions to difficult situations. One of the
characteristics of the personality of gifted children is the ability to produce original ideas.
In the resulting regression model, all three factors positively affect the increase in the
proportion of gifted students in the total number of Russian students.
The development of academic talent of Russian schoolchildren is largely determined by
the scenario of changes in environmental factors. The study analyzed a realistic scenario.
Values of environmental factors according to the realistic scenario were forecasted by means
of trend lines construction. The approximation coefficient (R²) became the criterion for
selecting the result. For the factor, x1, x2, x3, the trend lines are constructed in a polynomial
way, since they have a higher value of the approximation coefficient compared to the
logarithmic and linear method (Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3).

5. CONCLUSION
As a result ofresearch, the correlation model is constructed and the factors having the greatest
