Rebeka has over 30 years of experience in railway engineering in the UK and other parts of the world. She has a degree from Oxford University and is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. She specializes in developing research projects into viable business opportunities in her role at SellickRail. An invitation is extended to hear her presentation on current innovations in UK railways covering areas like freight and passenger rolling stock, track, and signaling. The presentation will discuss innovations in the context of the UK Rail Technical Strategy and its goals of improved capacity, reduced carbon, lower costs, and better customer satisfaction.

1. Rebeka has 30 years of railway engineering experience,
mainly in UK, but including assignments in the Far East and
Africa.
She has an Engineering, Economics and Management
degree from Oxford University and is a Chartered Engineer,
Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. She was
elected to its Railway Division Board last year.
