care facilities using an integrated customized 3rd party application with Cerner PowerChart including 
procuring vendor resources, defining clinical data retention criteria, monitoring scheduled activities 
to ensure on time product delivery and resolving clinician issues and concerns concerning clinical 
content availability. 
 Served as project lead for the document archiving conversion projects from various legacy systems 
including McKesson HPF, Optimum RCM (Keane) and standalone 3rd party solutions to the Cerner 
CPDI platform. 
 Coordinated CPDI integration testing with both HL7 and COLD 3rd party vendors including Net Health 
Wound Expert, GE Muse, ReDoc, ProVation Gastroenterology, Olympus Endoworks, Epiphany 
Healthcare, Xcelera Cardiology, Summit GI and MedHost. 
 Created and maintained detailed project documentation, including scope documents, project plans, 
3rd party vendor contracts, performance metrics, status reports, and project dashboard updates.
