Greg Liverman is a business consultant and program manager. He specializes
in working globally with senior managers of companies of all sizes in
implementing large-scale operational change in service organizations.
With wide-ranging international experience in planning, service management
and program management, Greg has enabled client companies to save over $2.7
billion. He has:
Lead a program that migrated 600 accounts for a global services
provider to a common tools platform.
Lead a program that updated remote diagnostic tools and enabled a
$4M annual run-rate savings
Developed an offshore labor location strategy and multi-year
workforce plan that enabled a 13% year-over-year cost savings
Lead a multi-year, global program to renew end-to-end customer
services business practices, processes and supporting IT infrastructure
including obligation management, reference data management, call
handling and knowledge management. Established design centers,
design and requirements teams and sponsor and steering committees.
Managed the interaction between users, approvers and developers.
Consulted with pre-sales teams to ensure sales alignment with delivery

Before becoming a consultant, he worked for Digital Equipment Corporation,
Compaq and Hewlett-Packard as a senior programs manager in the Services
organization.

Boston, Nestlé, Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, Proctor and Gamble,
and other organizations.
Greg has a BA in Chemistry from Rice University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry with
an emphasis in Chemical Physics from Rice University. He completed two years
of post-doctoral research at the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics at
Garching, Germany.
