Project: Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Everett DeliveryCenter (EDC). Performed
root cause analysis of reallocation data and identified process gaps. Developed
recommendation to reduce number of reallocations for 787 program.
Project: Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). 787 Program Cognos Report Data
Marking. Assessed approximately 300 PSRM Cognos reports to determine information
marking non-compliance. Built mitigation plan and implemented. Achieved 100% compliance.
Project: Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Dashboard for Open Work –
Manufacturing San Antonio Refurbishment. Lead analyst for San Antonio 787
manufacturing group. Teamed with IE, ME and QA to understand business needs, processes

Composite Material. Led multi-function team through governance process for RFID project to
increase capacity and processing of composite materials across BCAincluding 777x Composite
Wing Center. Successful in obtaining project funding for pre-opportunity evaluation and
Opportunity Evaluation (OE) phases. Project on schedule and below budget.
Project: Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Aging Help Desk Tickets. Analyzed help
desk tickets using historical cycle time data from 2009-2013 and open tickets to determine
change in flow time. Metric development and tracking identified gaps in ticket assignment and
resolution process. Reduced number of aging tickets by 50% through investigation and analysis.
Project: Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Manufacturing Supplemental Process
Writing Containment and Cleanup Strategy. Implemented governance strategy for BCA
manufacturing to ensure compliance and governance of supplemental documentation. Lead
team of 30+ to review, validate, and apply governance principles to obtain compliance.
Standardized process controls and business rules for meta data required to enable cost
effective and timely document management. Completed 100% compliance ahead of deadline.
Project: Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA). Simplify Command Media. Simplify BCA
manufacturing command media by applying 5S principles and establishing a system for
organization, complexity, anomaly substantiation, and standardization. Ensured all BCA
manufacturing-owned process writings (~1000) were vetted against agreed-upon standards and
developed a plan & schedule to complete improvement process. Developed model for process
complexity and improvement benchmarked by other functions within BCA. Completed model
and process standard ahead of schedule.

meeting content to address training issues, flow down, and system changes to improve SA
responses to user requests for help. Assessed needs and requirements of SA and developed
SA manual and training packet. Validated all new SA’s with mentor assigned to reduce errors.

Co-facilitator of process definition 4-day workshop with ~9 participants. Led team to define the
opportunity driving improvement, and assumptions, to define initial scope and boundaries along
with process design. Developed SIPOC, process tree, process flow, RACI, and project plans.

Facilitator of Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) 3-day workshop with ~15
participants. Led team through Six Sigma tools to recognize and evaluate potential failures of a
product or process and to identify actions needed to eliminate or reduce occurrence. PFMEA
identified 39 issues in the reallocation process and resolved 62%.

Developed Cognos 201 training curriculum and instructed 5-day course for ~90 students for 787
manufacturing San Antonio. Trained students on reports available to reduce flow/cycle time for
open repairs and use of Cognos reporting tool. Provided post-training support to students

Workshop. Manufacturing team lead of multi-function workshop for ~19 participants.
Workshop conducted for next step in improving unresolved issues from PFMEA using value
stream mapping, process redesign, and project plan development.
