• Fleet electrification is at an inflection point
• Wide range of Pickups, SUVs, passenger cars, MHD & HD fleet
vehicles arriving 2021-2022
• Utilities care about managing downside risk
• Clustering on the distribution system or peak impacts can be addressed by
managing this new load
• It is much harder to change set behavior than to start fresh with good habits
• Important to start building a program today to stay ahead of downsides and
accelerate the upsides
• Fleet electrification offers large benefits to utilities
• Benefits for customers and utilities grow when charging is managed
