11. Learnings to Date
•Not all organizations are created equal – no one size fits all approach
•Peer to peer knowledge sharing is key, desirable
•Additional, accessible and centralized resources
•Provide opportunities for similar organizations to share stories
•Many organizations are working through questions around policies and
equipment selection in real time
•Designing programs with equitable outcomes in mind is challenging but doable!

12. What’s Next
•The U.S. Department of Energy has identified workplace charging as a priority funding
area and has just awarded $12M to accelerate its adoption
•We’ll be working to scale this program nationwide along with several national and
regional partners
