Why have we developed the Future Leaders program?
From a global perspective, we live in the best of times. The world is a better and safer place than ever with fewer
conflicts and wars, stronger growth in developing countries, less epidemics and pandemics, etc. At the same time
the world is facing massive challenges in equality, financial stability, famine, access to clean water and food, and
finally an education system built on the remnants and requirements of the industrial revolution.
It is our understanding that we (society as a whole) have the technology, knowledge and money required to solve
any identifiable problem in the world. Problems still exist due to the lack of leaders that understand how to turn
global challenges into sustainable business opportunities.
With the Future Leaders program we aim to contribute to the making the world a better place by focusing on the
development of a new breed of leaders; leaders with a strong focus on ethical and empathic leadership; leaders
who walk the talk; leaders who take social responsibility; leaders who care about the environment; leaders who
understand how to use the market economy in a way that allow them to change it to the better.
We are taught to get in line, meet up and become one of many who know exactly the same thing. We start school
at the age of 6 or 7 and we get an education where we learn exactly the same things as our neighbor. In the
process we become streamlined and our drive, creativity and passion give way to the expectation of the system.
In doing so, we hope that the system knows what the future brings so that we are fully charged and ready when it
happens.
But the system does not know where the future lies. Actually, no one does, and since no one does, your
education should reflect this. We believe that only whole and complete human beings should be allowed into
positions where they are expected to lead other people. To help develop these leaders we must tap into the inner
drive and motivation each individual has and add knowledge that are crucial for a better tomorrow.
How do we develop the leaders for the future?
Future Leaders focus on developing the uniqueness in each individual, developing the skill-sets that are needed
in order to create the brave, courageous leaders the world so desperately needs.
The base premise for exceptional leadership is a strong understanding of the ​self​ - the subconscious mind. The
essence of great leadership lies in understanding how the mind ​really​ works in terms of decision-making,
goal-setting and motivation. Understanding that rationality and cognitive functions only play a minor part of how
we as humans operate and what subconscious processes are at play is essential to the program. Once this
understanding has been acquired, we focus on teaching the students to develop cognitive control of subconscious
processes.
Once this understanding is in place, we focus on the applicability of this knowledge in three key work processes;
Leadership, Innovation, and Strategy development where the students get to learn how to setup and run
structured Innovation programs, develop strategies for sustainable growth, and how to lead through others.
What is the program?
The future leaders program is based on the principles of level 6 leadership as defined by Harvard business
school, and Tipping Point Methodology as developed by Terje and Mia Skriver at Tipping Point Norway.
The program is the first of it’s kind in the world and we aim to revolutionize the way leadership is defined.
The program is centred on three main components
Future leaders gatherings
The program consists of 8 weekend gatherings where the students work in groups as well as on individual tasks.
The focus is self-development and leadership skills acquired through a learning by doing approach.
Intermediate sessions
As the gatherings manly focuses on each individual the intermediate sessions alow the future leaders to learn
important leader skills, as presentations, observation skills, organizing, ect.
Future Labs
Trough our Future Labs the students gets a unique opportunity to work together with management team of
leading companies in real innovation projects. The students get a firsthand view of the inside in the corporate
world and an amazing opportunity to develop great network, knowledge and experience.
Trough the Future Labs the students also get the chance to lead project teams acquiring first hand knowledge of
real-life decision making and project management work
Other important components
Coaching
Trough out the year each student is assigned a personal TPM coach to discuss development and challenges
related to their own development.
Internship
Some of the future leaders are offered internships at our collaborating partners based on their own performance
in the program.
Collaborations
Future leaders represent some of tomorrows most creative and skilled heads and every year our styudetnsare
involved in collaborations with companies, where they work in teams to solve problems and develop creative
solutions.
For the student this offers a great opportunity to learn and apply newfound knowledge, while it also offers
collaborating companies a unique opportunity to access creative solutions and new ideas from creative and
skilled people.
The FutureLabs is where the students take part in the innovation work of our collaboration partners. This can be
executed as separate events, as weekend gatherings or as projects running up to several months at a time.
Ideation sessions & concept development
We use our extensive network of young adults to drive ideation and concept development workshops and
sessions together and on behalf of our collaborating partners. This ranges the full aspect going from idea
evaluation of an idea you might already have, to full-scale concept development resulting in a verification of
concept viability through focus groups and in-depth interviews.
In-depth interviews & focus groups
If you have a concept that you wish to verify your ideas and/or concept with, the Future Leaders assemble, lead
and summarize relevant target-group feedback through in-depth interviews and/or focus groups. These sessions
are lead and executed by the capable hands of our students, while being supervised and quality assured by
resources with senior expertise on innovation, strategicbrand management and strategy development

  • 1. Why have we developed the Future Leaders program? From a global perspective, we live in the best of times. The world is a better and safer place than ever with fewer conflicts and wars, stronger growth in developing countries, less epidemics and pandemics, etc. At the same time the world is facing massive challenges in equality, financial stability, famine, access to clean water and food, and finally an education system built on the remnants and requirements of the industrial revolution. It is our understanding that we (society as a whole) have the technology, knowledge and money required to solve any identifiable problem in the world. Problems still exist due to the lack of leaders that understand how to turn global challenges into sustainable business opportunities. With the Future Leaders program we aim to contribute to the making the world a better place by focusing on the development of a new breed of leaders; leaders with a strong focus on ethical and empathic leadership; leaders who walk the talk; leaders who take social responsibility; leaders who care about the environment; leaders who understand how to use the market economy in a way that allow them to change it to the better. We are taught to get in line, meet up and become one of many who know exactly the same thing. We start school at the age of 6 or 7 and we get an education where we learn exactly the same things as our neighbor. In the process we become streamlined and our drive, creativity and passion give way to the expectation of the system. In doing so, we hope that the system knows what the future brings so that we are fully charged and ready when it happens. But the system does not know where the future lies. Actually, no one does, and since no one does, your education should reflect this. We believe that only whole and complete human beings should be allowed into positions where they are expected to lead other people. To help develop these leaders we must tap into the inner drive and motivation each individual has and add knowledge that are crucial for a better tomorrow. How do we develop the leaders for the future? Future Leaders focus on developing the uniqueness in each individual, developing the skill-sets that are needed in order to create the brave, courageous leaders the world so desperately needs. The base premise for exceptional leadership is a strong understanding of the ​self​ - the subconscious mind. The essence of great leadership lies in understanding how the mind ​really​ works in terms of decision-making, goal-setting and motivation. Understanding that rationality and cognitive functions only play a minor part of how we as humans operate and what subconscious processes are at play is essential to the program. Once this understanding has been acquired, we focus on teaching the students to develop cognitive control of subconscious processes. Once this understanding is in place, we focus on the applicability of this knowledge in three key work processes; Leadership, Innovation, and Strategy development where the students get to learn how to setup and run structured Innovation programs, develop strategies for sustainable growth, and how to lead through others. What is the program? The future leaders program is based on the principles of level 6 leadership as defined by Harvard business school, and Tipping Point Methodology as developed by Terje and Mia Skriver at Tipping Point Norway. The program is the first of it’s kind in the world and we aim to revolutionize the way leadership is defined. The program is centred on three main components Future leaders gatherings
  • 2. The program consists of 8 weekend gatherings where the students work in groups as well as on individual tasks. The focus is self-development and leadership skills acquired through a learning by doing approach. Intermediate sessions As the gatherings manly focuses on each individual the intermediate sessions alow the future leaders to learn important leader skills, as presentations, observation skills, organizing, ect. Future Labs Trough our Future Labs the students gets a unique opportunity to work together with management team of leading companies in real innovation projects. The students get a firsthand view of the inside in the corporate world and an amazing opportunity to develop great network, knowledge and experience. Trough the Future Labs the students also get the chance to lead project teams acquiring first hand knowledge of real-life decision making and project management work Other important components Coaching Trough out the year each student is assigned a personal TPM coach to discuss development and challenges related to their own development. Internship Some of the future leaders are offered internships at our collaborating partners based on their own performance in the program. Collaborations Future leaders represent some of tomorrows most creative and skilled heads and every year our styudetnsare involved in collaborations with companies, where they work in teams to solve problems and develop creative solutions. For the student this offers a great opportunity to learn and apply newfound knowledge, while it also offers collaborating companies a unique opportunity to access creative solutions and new ideas from creative and skilled people. The FutureLabs is where the students take part in the innovation work of our collaboration partners. This can be executed as separate events, as weekend gatherings or as projects running up to several months at a time. Ideation sessions & concept development We use our extensive network of young adults to drive ideation and concept development workshops and sessions together and on behalf of our collaborating partners. This ranges the full aspect going from idea evaluation of an idea you might already have, to full-scale concept development resulting in a verification of concept viability through focus groups and in-depth interviews. In-depth interviews & focus groups If you have a concept that you wish to verify your ideas and/or concept with, the Future Leaders assemble, lead and summarize relevant target-group feedback through in-depth interviews and/or focus groups. These sessions are lead and executed by the capable hands of our students, while being supervised and quality assured by resources with senior expertise on innovation, strategicbrand management and strategy development
