BACKGROUND
Failure to achieve the performance in 2016 of the target set is an indication of weakness in
the existing competence in human resources, individual or organization.
The main factor as the cause of the failure is not aligned with their competence and
knowledge in-depth about the duties and responsibilities are handed over, so that the
implementation of the task does not achieve the targets set.
To achieve the performance targets set in 2017, then management must change strategy in
manipulating the duties and responsibilities will be handed over to members of the
organization, which is focused on 2 (two) things: duties engineering and responsibilities; and
develop competence through the transformation of knowledge, skills and experience.
OVERVIEW
The program is aimed at mastering the skills in performing engineering duties and
responsibilities, and develop competence through the transformation of knowledge, skills and
experience.
Methodology used in this program is discussion in-depth of the theory is accompanied by a
discussion, the simulation by using the process of imitation, accompanied by the assignment
of an individual to perform a task and responsibility to achieve the expected targets set.
Engineering for measuring the success of the program in the classroom, using the method of
personal development combined with a wide range of the method is the reference in the
business today, such as Kaizen, Six Sigma and Malcolm Baldrige, so that participants will
gain an understanding of the duties and responsibilities in depth and techniques to implement
in a work environment.
This program is held for two days, by implementing the transformation method of practice by
75% and theory for 25%, to provide experience and broaden thinking within the work
environment.
