This document outlines an initiative to expand online video training for a college community. It will provide accessible resources anywhere and anytime using various technologies like video production and streaming. The training will model best practices in online pedagogy, draw from theories of social, multimedia, and dual-coding learning, and offer inspiration to faculty while accommodating different learning styles.
