   Control and Reduce Hypertension
   Strengthening the heart and body muscles
   Physical resistance
 Builds up immune system
 Able to fight illness with

minimal effort

   Release endorphins :chemical related to the
    mood
   Capability to control, stabilize the mood
   Allows clear thinking in times of stress and
    excitement
   Less worried and stressed out
   Balance between work and recreational time,
    rest and activity
   Increasing self-confidence and high self-esteem
Improving Eating Habits
   Eliminate fast-foods, prepared, package and
    canned
   Cook with fresh ingredients
   Increase the intake of fruits, vegetables, and whole
    grains
   Good balance between carbohydrates, protein and
    fat
   Eat in moderation and keep in mind portion size
   Decrease the intake of salt, sugar and saturated
    fats

   Discovering the positive effects through the
