• The CVI I used was a
photo of a peer I took.

were going to go.

colour as her lipstick

4. Effects on the pictures
All the images have been feathered in order to create the look
of the images fading out on its edges. This is done by using the
Rectangular Marquee Tool to outline the image leaving a small
gap (like a border), before this step I set the Feather box at the
top to my preferred number. Then when the image is dragged, it
becomes clear that the edges have been feathered.

5. Effects on the pictures
I felt that the feathered effect would be a
more subtle approach to attracting the
readers attention as it gives a more gentle
feel compared the just straight sharp lines.
