2. As you can see by the image above tis is my contact sheet with all of the pictures
that I have taken in preparation for creating my final magazine cover.as you can see
that he first couple of photos are h same I tried to get as many good ones as possible
as this was for my front cover for my magazine cover and article.

3. Using the Patch Tool
• This Image That I had taken is for my Front cover or my Magazine cover as I want it to attract
every customer to buy it, I want it do draw him in. everything has to be perfect from Depth of
field and other techniques to how clear the skin is. Many magazines use the patch tool to get
rid of feckless or anything n the way. This is what editors do to model stop make there
magazine front cover perfect. I decided to use this and it he same the upper left lip you can
see a little Black and white circle this is where a little freckle was I decided to draw round the
freckle and move it to a different place on the background so that you can not see it
anymore.

4. Difference
• As you can see here by looking at both of the images the freckle on the
right hand side picture is visible however the by looking closely at the left
picture the freckles have been removed. This is done by using a tool called
the patch tool which a lot of Editors use on models. It is done to give the
image a more sharp and clear Image for the final piece for my Front Cover
For my Magazine For unit 57 photography.

5. Using the patch tool on background
• After removing the freckles with the patch tools I decided to sharpen the
Background to give it that sharp excellent professional finish to the image.
As you can see on the on both sides the background has a Crease running
through the Image I can use the patch tool to edit it and remove it making
it look professional and sharpened.

6. Difference
• As you van see by this image the difference is very
professional the right hand side image has the Crease running
through the middle where as the Left hand side doesn’t have
it running through the middle of the page leaving it sharpen
and Professional Finnish to the image.
