1. The central image takes most of the
space on the poster as it includes the
main characters .
The use of a z-line and the rule of
three.
The creator included a second image
which is much smaller in size compared
to the main image since it provides a
more sinister setting.
This phrase creates a sinister feeling
and a sense of darkness which may
cause fear upon the reader/
audience.
The institutional block that is included

up the a lot of space as well as the

The use of the colour red around
the poster emphasizes the movie
to be deadly since red has
connotations of blood.

written in a small front so it isn’t the

and sci-fi genres with the use of

There are multiple of images of different
superheroes/ characters but its clear
which one’s the main image since its
evident that her image is bigger than the
others. As well as the fact that she is the
main character this movie revolves
around.
The characters are divided into red
and blue since the colours are
polar opposites like hot and cold.
The slogan is kept short and simple
with the phrase ‘The phoenix will
rise’ which shows a sense of
superiority and demanding since
it’s written with all caps.
The institutional block is smaller
than most poster and kept at it’s
minimum as well as the release
date.
The title is placed at the very
bottom of the poster which
doesn’t catch the people’s
attention straight away.

combined that radiates a sinister

which are known as polar

witch that is shown to have a smirk
on her face, radiates a sense of
mystery.

included at the bottom corner of
the poster with bold, white letters.
