Key responsibility area:

•   Actively involved in the Distributor handling, VRS handling with product Cream bell Ice
    cream
•   Weekly and monthly revision of set targets and over all sales growth in the area.
•   To find potential of Creambell Ice Cream in all channels – Retail & Institutions like Retail
    Chains, Schools, Colleges, Hospitals, Restaurants, Catering, key accounts & Vending.
•   Managing the sales network in 1citie & handling 1Retail Distributors with 2 Sales
    Representatives and 3 Vending Distributors & 4 VRS in the Territory.
•   Analyzing Market Trends, Sales performance through channels and other critical trends.
•   Planning, Organizing & Implementing sales programmes & Strategies to improve the product
    awareness & Brand visibility.
•   Evaluating performance and monitoring distributor sales & marketing activities.
