• Every brand makes a promise. But in a marketplace in which consumer confidence is
low and budgetary vigilance is high, it’s not just making a promise that separates one
brand from another, but having a defining purpose.
• To be a successful brand the company needs to know their PURPOSE to the people.

your overall brand.

• If your brand already have loyal customers , reward them for the love they show to
your company and make them more satisfy
• Give them free gift card or promo codes for 20% off their next purchase.
• Is the result of consistently positive emotional experience, physical attribute-based
satisfaction and perceived value of an experience, which includes the product or
services. Company needs loyal customers to grow their company.
CONSISTENCY
• Consistency helps you manage perceptions
• Consistency conveys your outlook and attitude.
• Consistency eliminates issues surrounding brand confusion.
• Consistency protects your investment
• Consistency builds upon previous successes.
SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS
• There is a lot of ways to use social media to help your brand and to also hurt your
brand.
• Make sure to have different social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
and Snapchat.
• Constantly post things daily and post things that are funny but at the same time
deals with your company.
• Talk to customers on Twitter, show them you care.

EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION
• If your brand is professional and organized through Twitter and other social media
outlets, then it wouldn't make sense if a customer came in and was connected with a
grumpy, lazy, rude employee.
• Employee should always represent the company they are working with.
• Customers always want to feel great customer satisfaction to build loyalty.
BUDGET
• Every company needs to budget for Adverting, Payroll, Manufacturing and other
needs for the company.
• A budget is a great thing for a company because every company needs to manage
their money just incase anything happens.
• Having a budget makes you save a lot of money in the end of the year.
SUMMARY
• Overall Sprint brand strategy is a great one because they been doing the research that made them
know what does the customers wants and needs. How to make the final sale and the most
important thing is how to build a customer trust and have their loyalty. Sprint knows their
strengths and weakness as a overall company they try to improve their weakness, to show the
community they improving as a company every year. I learned a lot my doing my research on
Sprint in these three month.
