➢ Alpha Milkfoods (P) Ltd. is a Dairy Products manufacturing Company founded in 2014. It is a subsidiary of a 26 year old
dairy company ‘Karnal Milk Foods Ltd’. established in 1991.
➢ Our current milk processing capacity is 1.8 million litres milk per day. Our plants have state-of-the-art manufacturing
facilities having separate Chemical, Microbiological, Product and Raw Material Labs in-house.
➢ Our brands are Farmer Fresh, Fontana, Milk Rich and Karan
➢ Our integrated business model starts from Farmer level from Cattle Feed supply, Health camps for Cows,
Procurement of raw milk from villages twice a day (Village Level Collection), Production, Supply and Sale of milk and
milk based products. This enables us to leverage the dairy industry value chain, ensures efficiency in costs and
operating margins and has more control over the production process resulting in quality products.
➢ We use the latest technology like Multi Stage Drying (3 stage), Continuous Butter Making Machine (CBM-Passilac),
Auto Butter transfers, Auto-Desludger Seperator (20KL), Hassia FFS Machine, Blast Cold Rooms etc., for achieving
finest quality and maximum productivity. All our products are manufactured and packed under high-end pressure
controlled hygienic conditions, and are untouched by human hands.
➢ The plants are set under the guidelines of FSSAI, EIC, HALAL and are FSSC:22000 certified by Intertek

3. The plant is equipped with the ultra-modern processing facility, and the outstanding feature of plant is its state-of-the-art
equipments which incorporates the latest in milk processing technology. The whole campus is set on 3,50,000 sq. ft. area.
