many national brand like Ghari detergent, Red chief shoes etc. N.I.F.Private Limited is a part of R.S.P.L. Group has a
milk processing plant at Shiwrajpur, 25 K.M. from Kanpur city with Handling Capacity 9.00 Lacks lit. Milk per Day.
Milk is collected from 18000 villages of eight lack liter per day Milk through world-class AMCU and brought to the
company’s Chilling Centers after ensuring that the milk is not tampered with and what you get is pure and fresh milk.
We are manufacturing of Milk Powder from GEA Process Engineering SAS France fully automated with Four effect
Evaporation Plant with Thermal Vapour Recompression designed, Multi stage spray dryer(MSD) offers advantages
of good heat economy, excellent agglomeration potential & improved instant powder quality.

JOBS RESPONSIBILITY
• Working here as a Manager (Q.A.) Since January 2010 to April 2014 and May 2014 to till date working as an
Assist. General Manager (Quality Assurance) and reporting to Managing Director.
• Responsible for ensuring best quality of incoming Raw Materials and Packing Materials as well as for semi-finished
and finished goods Product with vendor and purchase team regarding any deviation from specs/quality in the Raw and
Packaging Materials comply with defined specification Ensure accuracy of results for all parameters analyzed in
internal and external labs.
• Responsible for overall quality and manage a state of the art and fit for purpose R & D Laboratory(analytical section
and Microbiology lab) in terms of execution of sampling & test plans in timely manner,calibration,equipments
maintenance of HACCP and essential Pre-requisite programs(PRPs).
• New product development as per customer requirement, Customer feedback and safety of a company’s product, for
individuals interested in working in the industry of food product.
• Responsible for compliance to process parameters by planning and executions of quality inspections, process
monitoring and control.
• Responsible for Develop, Implement and Maintain a quality plan to bring company’s G.M.P., G.H.P., G.L.P., Q.M.S.,
FSSAI,AGMARK, B.I.S. and ISO 22000:2005 and Policies into compliance with various quality system
requirements to achieve relevant certification and ensure internal test methods are calibrated /validated as per approved
test method.
• Responsible for handling products quality complaints.
• Coordinate the routine Shelf-life, In-market and Ambient shelf life studies of the product and generate COAs (Finished
Goods Test Reports) required by sales/Market team
• Responsible to explore quality best practices available in the industries.
• Responsible for Drives quality awareness across the organization, through training, coaching and influencing.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper and effective and effective implementation of the SOPs for production, quality and
handling, packing and labeling during New Product Launch.
• Responsible for ensuring that food products like as a Liquid Milk(Pasteurized Milk), Paneer, Butter, Butter Milk and
Ghee, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whole Milk Powder, Dairy Whitener…etc) meet standards and generates set by both
their companies and regulatory authorities.
• Responsible for develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third party inspectors and training
for quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
• Worked here as a Senior Officer In-Charge (Quality Assurance) and AGMARK Chemist in charge in Ghee for the
grading under Agmark and reporting to D.G.M. (Q.A.).

• Responsible for effective & smooth Plant Operation activities in the shift including processing (pasteurization,
homogenization, clarification, standardization), recombination, reconstitution, cleaning (CIP) of all the equipment &
utensils plant, silos, lines etc. as per scheduled procedure or the needs of plant and silo’s.
• Responsibility for the maintain of quality as per Mother Dairy requirement of All types of packing of Pasteurized Milk

Responsible for looking after day to day activity to maintain and continuous improvement of the product quality as
well as maintain the status of the plant and product as per I.S.O. 22000:2005 and Proper Documentation work of
AGMARK,B.I.S.& Internal Audit, worked with Mother Dairy, Delhi for the supply of Raw Milk and Skimmed Milk
