Vaidya has an M.S in Computer Science from Birla
Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani and M.B.A
from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
• 15+ years of experience in the telecom, consumer
electronics and semiconductor companies across
various multinationals such as Wipro, Motorola and
Cypress Semiconductor
• Co-founded EnMedia technologies, a set top box
company that was bought by NagraVision (a swiss
digital TV company).

healthcare management programs offering a

scientific in nature and relevant to the current
requirement.

qualified nurses, paramedical staff and doctors
in India.
The large army of nurses, paramedical and junior
doctors has no means of upgrading their skill sets
during the course of employment. Even the
hospital managements find it difficult to spare
time and effort to impart continuous training to
the existing employees.
The nurse and paramedics segment has over 40%
attrition on the hospital industry due to
mundaneness and lack of career growth
opportunities.
The service providers in this space are few and far
