Using the Facebook pixel, a snippet of code you install on your website, you can
create a Custom Audience of people who have visited your website. You can
even use the website traffic data to show people adverts for things that they've
shown interest in on your website.

You can access this tool through the "Connections"
sub-section of ad set creation. It allows you to target
ads to people who are connected to your Page, app
and/or event. A person may be considered
"connected" to one of those if they've engaged with
them or are a friend of someone who has. You can
include or exclude these connections, depending on
what you're trying to accomplish. You can include or
exclude one connection type per ad set, or
click Advanced Combinations from the dropdown to set
up a series of parameters a person must meet to be in
your target audience.
