Identify your FEARS
• When you think of career change, what words,
thoughts, feelings come to mind first? Note
which are positive and which are negative.
Identify the EFFECT

list, identify how you behave as a result…

• Identify what is true
Acknowledge the reality in your fears
in order to successfully manage them. If
you ignore what’s true, your affirmation
or positive thinking won’t work. It’s like
putting a band-aid on the issue.You
must get to the core of the fear and
fully understand it.

Ignore them, push them aside, develop
affirmations to replace the negative
thinking.
