Over the past year and due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire world has witnessed inequalities across borders and societies. They also include access to archaeological resources, both physical and digital. Both archaeological data creators and users spent a lot of time working from their homes, away from artefact collections and research data. However, this was the perfect moment to understand the importance of making data
freely and openly available, both nationally and internationally.
This is why the authors of this paper chose to make a selection of data bases from various institutions responsible for preservation and protection of cultural heritage, in
order to understand their policies regarding accessibility and usage of the data they keep. This will be done by simple visits to various web-sites or data bases. They intend to check on the volume and content, but also importance of the offered archaeological heritage. In addition, the authors will estimate whether the heritage has adequately been classified and described and also check whether data is available in foreign languages. It needs to be seen whether it is possible to access digital objects (documents and the accompanying metadata), whether access is opened for all users or it requires a certain
hierarchy access, what is the policy of usage, reusage and distribution etc. It remains to be seen whether there are public API or whether it is possible to collect data through API.
In case that there is a public API, one needs to check whether datasets are interoperable or messy, requiring data cleaning.
After having visited a certain number of web-sites, the authors expect to collect enough data to make a satisfactory conclusion about accessibility and usage of Serbian archaeological data web bases.
A presentation of SOCH: Swedish Open Cultural Heritage, Marcus SmithCARARE
SOCH (Swedish Open Cultural Heritage) is maintained by the Swedish National Heritage Board and provides online access to catalogues from 60 museums and to the registers of protected monuments and buildings in Sweden. Altogether SOCH provides openly licenced access to 7.1 million items. In his presentation Smith looked at developments in Linked Open Data, Web APIs and licencing of content in the context of SOCH, Europeana and CARARE.

The initiative to bring together historians of science from the Baltic States took place in Riga in 1958. Prof. Paul Stradiņš (1896-1958) organized a joint meeting for historians of science from Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. A program for future joint activities was developed, and the tradition of joined conferences Scientiarum Baltica in each country followed. Since 1991, the Baltic Association on History and Philosophy of Science (BAHPS) (uniting independent societies of Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian historians and philosophers of science) has been over the conference and also coordinates the dissemination of information on scientific heritage in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. The Finnish Society for the History of Science and Learning joined the BAHPS in 2012.
The paper aims to present an overview of the published outcome of the conference. Survey will be based on the annotated bibliography of the conference (1958-1985). During 1958˗2019, 29 conferences were organised and 2880 papers were presented.

This case study focuses on the Frick Art Reference Library's experience of working with outside aggregators and data producers to advance strategic goals to rapidly disseminate historical information resources that were locked up inside the building. We pursued these goals in spite of a lack of institutional funding, and were in fact challenged to do so.
FINA Wiki brings together evidence primarily about numismatic correspondence that was exchanged before 1800 and is part of the project "Fontes Inediti Numismaticae Antiquae (FINA)"

Visibility and visualisation of scholarly publications online: Erdős and beyondJonathan Bowen
Developing and monitoring communities has become increasingly easy on the web as the number of interactive facilities and amount of data available about communities increases. It is possible to view connections on social and professional networks in the form of mathematical graphs. It is also possible to visualise connections between authors of academic papers. For example, Google Scholar, Microsoft Academic Search, and Academia.edu, now have large corpuses of freely available information on publications, together with author and citation details, that can be accessed and presented in a number of ways. In mathematical circles, the concept of the Erdős number has been introduced in honour of the Hungarian mathematician Paul Erdős, measuring the "collaborative distance" of a person away from Erdős through links by co-author. Similar metrics have been proposed in other fields. The possibility of exploring and improving the presentation of such links online in computer science and other fields will be presented as a means of improving the outreach and impact of publications by academics across different disciplines. Some practical guidance on what is worthwhile in presenting publication information online will be given.
Note: The talk will be accessible for academics across different disciplines.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
