This research paper examines factors influencing individual investor decision-making behavior in Pakistan, identifying variables like self-image/firm image, accounting information, neutral information, advocate recommendations, and personal financial needs. A sample of 125 respondents, including finance students, teachers, and bank employees, was analyzed using structured questionnaires, revealing that accounting information significantly impacts investor behavior while advocate recommendations have the least influence. The study aims to provide insights for financial planners to understand psychological factors affecting investment decisions.
