Transportation has become an integral part of people’s everyday life. At certain times, in large countries like India, people are forced to travel more than 200 km from their work place to their place of residence. People with disabilities in lower extremities and hands have difficulties in travelling and cannot travel these long distances. They use devices such as wheel chair, crutches and artificial limbs for mobility. These however cannot be used for long distance outdoor transportation. Therefore, the aim of this study is to design and fabricate ‘Foot operated system’ for armless people.

camera signals are given using the mat lab script to the microcontroller. Depends on the path of the eye,
the microcontroller controls the wheel chair in all direction and stops the movement. If there is any
obstacle to be found before the wheel chair the sensor mind that and it stop and move in right direction
immediately. The benefit of this system is too easily travel anywhere in any direction which is handled by
physically disabled person with Tetraplegia.

Em consonância com os ODS – Objetivos do Desenvolvimento Sustentável e a Estratégia Global para a Saúde das Mulheres, Crianças e Adolescentes, e aplicando uma abordagem baseada nos direitos humanos, os esforços de cuidados pós-natais devem expandir-se para além da cobertura e da simples sobrevivência, de modo a incluir cuidados de qualidade.
Estas diretrizes visam melhorar a qualidade dos cuidados pós-natais essenciais e de rotina prestados às mulheres e aos recém-nascidos, com o objetivo final de melhorar a saúde e o bem-estar materno e neonatal.
Uma “experiência pós-natal positiva” é um resultado importante para todas as mulheres que dão à luz e para os seus recém-nascidos, estabelecendo as bases para a melhoria da saúde e do bem-estar a curto e longo prazo. Uma experiência pós-natal positiva é definida como aquela em que as mulheres, pessoas que gestam, os recém-nascidos, os casais, os pais, os cuidadores e as famílias recebem informação consistente, garantia e apoio de profissionais de saúde motivados; e onde um sistema de saúde flexível e com recursos reconheça as necessidades das mulheres e dos bebês e respeite o seu contexto cultural.
Estas diretrizes consolidadas apresentam algumas recomendações novas e já bem fundamentadas sobre cuidados pós-natais de rotina para mulheres e neonatos que recebem cuidados no pós-parto em unidades de saúde ou na comunidade, independentemente dos recursos disponíveis.
É fornecido um conjunto abrangente de recomendações para cuidados durante o período puerperal, com ênfase nos cuidados essenciais que todas as mulheres e recém-nascidos devem receber, e com a devida atenção à qualidade dos cuidados; isto é, a entrega e a experiência do cuidado recebido. Estas diretrizes atualizam e ampliam as recomendações da OMS de 2014 sobre cuidados pós-natais da mãe e do recém-nascido e complementam as atuais diretrizes da OMS sobre a gestão de complicações pós-natais.
O estabelecimento da amamentação e o manejo das principais intercorrências é contemplada.

- 8. Limitations Of Existing Wheel Chair The devices used are expensive More human efforts are required to travel on desired route using joystick etc.. If the user tried to move the wheelchair by looking at the screen, he wouldn't see where he was going. In android controlled wheel chair, it supports only android devices.
- 9. PROPOSED METHODOLOGY In the proposed system, it includes all movements which are generated by eye commands alone or through voice assistant. It is achieved by the installation of the LCD display and eye tracker which is placed on a tray of the armrests. Using the LCD display, the user will be able to monitor his/her route.

- 11. ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED SYSTEM By using this system, the disable persons does not need any human help. They can save their energy which was wasted for rotating wheels of normal wheel chair. It is cost effective.
- 12. Expected outcomes The wheel chair operates accordingly based on the voice commands given by the user. The camera mounted on the arm rest tracks the movement of the eye and perform the operation based on it. The LCD display which contains a live stream from the camera prevent accidents.
