Benefits Communications Project Coordinator/Benefits Analyst (2012-2013)
Communicates new benefit plan provisions to targeted PG&E audiences. Coordinates all logistical aspects of the
company wide benefits communication activities. Create weekly reports for Senior Director and Vice President of HR.

        Managed logistics for 76 new benefit plan communication sessions delivered across the service territory resulting
        in 3,600 management employees (50% of all management employees) trained.
        Designed promotional materials used to communicate 2013 Employee Benefit Plan Changes.
        Created weekly reports following benefits presentations to gather metrics and identify lessons learned.
        Compiled and resolved all Kaiser, Medicare, Health Net and Blue Shield monthly premium discrepancy reports.
        Resolved plan design and website issues and employee questions submitted through the HR mailbox.

Resource Management Analyst (2008-2012)
Perform as the SME and administrator for the HP Project Portfolio Management Center (PPMC) tool for an IT department
of 400 employees. Provided first level support to users, conducted user training, ran reports and analyzed employee and
contractor staffing levels.

        Delivered training and follow-up to managers and supervisors on HP resource management software which
        increased utilization and department cost savings.
        Managed logistics for the Application Services IT Job Fair that contributed to approximately $3M in savings by
        reducing staff augmentation costs.
        Effectively developed and led a Learning Academy Automation project. Drove automation of ad-hoc course
        completions. Project deployed and resulted in a 50% reduction in time processing course completions.
        Managed recruitment of contractors which included pre-screening of resumes, phone screens, and negotiation and
        management of over 20 vendor contracts.
        Member of the IT Recruiting and On-boarding pilot project. Collaborated on the work stream and process flow of
        the full cycle IT recruiting process to consolidate and ensure consistency of administration.

Administered Staffing Control requisition process for all of PG&E non-union and contractor hires. Team member for the
Taleo Implementation process. Delivered web-top Taleo training to hiring managers. Created weekly staffing reports in
Brio for VP level and above. Regularly interfaced with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.

        Assisted with 2 HR internal audits with 100% passing rate.
        Coordinated full cycle recruiting/on-boarding of over 100 hires within the department.
        Wrote all correspondence auto-generated from Taleo to candidates and hiring managers.

KAISER PERMANENTE, Pleasanton, CA                                                                 2005–2007

Senior Recruiting Coordinator
Served as entire coordination center for 6 Health Plan Administration (HPA) recruiters and recruiting manager. Managed
high volume requisition load and hiring of over 500 employees. Spearheaded the HPA On-Boarding Process Project for
2007 Rollout. Lead for the I-9 Verification Project.

       Remediated I-9 compliance for 100 center representatives avoiding tens of thousands in fines.
       High knowledge level of OFCCP regulations as they apply to staffing.
       Consolidated HPA staffing and daily work reports using Microsoft Excel and Access.
       Processed all external new hires and internal transfers. Set-up all interviews and travel arrangements with
       candidates and hiring managers. Initiated all background checks and health screens of candidates.
       Generated offer letters, sign-on bonus, incentive plans, and new hire orientations.

SBC (PACIFIC BELL), San Ramon, CA                                                                 2000-2005

Human Resources Consultant
Performed routine and special projects supporting supervisor and HR departmental objectives. Implemented solutions to

orders to confirm accurate receipt and payment of equipment ordered. Tracked and reported Asset Transfers.
