30. How many years has your company been in business?
20 years
What areas/locations do you currently cover?
We primarily work throughout North America, however, we have several European
partners that allow us to service clients internationally.
Who are some previous clients you have worked with?
PROMO 100 agencies representing brands such as Nintendo,AT&T, and Coca-Cola
Olympic committees, US Ski and Snowboard Association,Tour de France
Brands including Chipotle,Western Union, Skullcandy,Whole Foods andThule
Have you worked with experiential agencies in the past?
EPS has served the promotional needs of agencies since its inception, and as the
experiential marketing field expanded, so too did EPS’ capabilities.Although our history is
deeply rooted in the competitive athletic event industry, EPS now does nearly 50% of its
annual business with experiential agencies. We have many longstanding partnerships with
PROMO 100 and IT List agencies, from LA to NYC, and even a few more overseas. Our
resources have been tapped for 8 hour executions in Times Square and multi-city national
tours.
What services do you provide in house?
Large format printing (digital, dye sublimation and screen); cutting, sewing and finishing;
metal fabrication including bending and welding; graphic design from 3D conceptual
renderings to pre-press; transportation, installation and storage capabilities.
Where are your headquarters?
We are centrally located in Denver, Colorado, with a single office and manufacturing
facility, as well as a secondary storage warehouse less than a mile away. We also have
Doublet facilities in Paris, London, and several other European cities.
What services do you offer through outsourced vendors?
EPS maintains a one-stop-shop philosophy and aims to be solely responsible for the
production of any project. There is generally very little that we need to outsource based
upon the types of projects we receive.
What is your range in pricing based upon previous work?
No order is too small, and no idea is too grand. EPS fulfills orders from a few hundred
dollars in vinyl banners, to half a million dollars for full-scale, high-profile experiential
executions. With every project, it is our goal to make the most of every client’s budget,
and our agency parters lean heavily on us to provide them with recommendations on
how to do just that, from materials to footprint layout.
How do you typically structure/present your proposals to clients?
Our RFP responses run the gamut from simple same-day quotations, to full presentations
that may include original 3D renderings, inspiration boards, architectural drawings, and
pricing breakdowns. All quotes are accompanied by lead time estimations, and are generally
turned around in 24-48 hours for standard product or 3-5 days for custom projects.
Do you typically work with agencies on RFPs by getting involved early?
Absolutely. In fact, it’s how we prefer to work. It enables you to give your client a clear
idea of what they’re getting for their money, rather than selling them on an idea that may
be impossible within the constrains of their budget. In essence, we become part of your
team, and what matters most to us is that your client is satisfied - not whose name is on
the work.
What production time frame is most ideal for your scope of work?
There isn’t one single answer for this question. Five to seven days is average for standard
product orders. In some cases we’ll turn out rush orders for banners the same day, while
in others we’ll need 4 weeks to custom fabricate an event structure. Basically, if the time-
frame you request is feasible, we’ll get it done.
What types of metrics and ROI measurements are you able to provide?
We are experts in the tangible, and we don’t pretend to do anything else.We don’t provide
staffing or social networking, we’re not equipped to measure the results of your events,
we simply provide the expertise to design, fabricate and install to your clients exacting
specifications. And then we turn over the keys to let you do what you do best:.
