Norman started in the trade show business in
the graphics department, on to install and
dismantle labor, then running labor at show site.
After a short stint during his twenty's in the
casino world, following in his father and
grandfather's footsteps, he returned to the
industry as a carpenter. After which he went
into sales, then sales management and on to
owning his own company in 1997.
Building relationships with her clients has been
the most enjoyable part of her 13 year sales
career in the trade show industry. She loves
being able to develop an idea and turn it into a
physical reality. Her goal is to exceed the client's
expectations every day. She enjoyed college so
much she went twice and got two degrees.
Tom is an integral part of our management team.
He is responsible for the oversight of the daily
operations of the carpentry shop, the rental
department, the graphic department, cad
detailing and our warehouse. He oversees all
purchases for materials and equipment. He is
responsible for oversight of all estimating for
production, rental, show services and graphics.
Cathy is highly skilled in compliance and company
policies. Her strengths include being a trusted
advisor. She interacts with executive leadership
to provide insight and advice on financial
performance and how that relates to company
goals. She has a strong sense of the evolution of
our business, which results in the ability to
quickly react and evolve with the company.

Mary has an Associate's of Science
degree and is pursuing a degree in
Data Analytics. Her background as
operations agent for an airline carrier
and as an auditor for a major casino in
Las Vegas has contributed to her
natural orientation towards the
details. She is a valuable team
member.
Keith began his career at EFI as a carpenter. Two
years ago he made the move into project
management. He has experience in custom
fabrication, and all of the rental systems currently
being utilized in the tradeshow industry. He has
managed as many as 26 jobs at one time varying in
size from a 10’x10’ pop up to 120’x90’ Mixed
Rental/ Custom fabrication Booth Space. He is a
very conscientious employee and we are very
grateful to have him.
Stephanny began her career as the only “girl” in
the rental department. It wasn’t long before her
ability to take charge was recognized and she was
promoted to rental department manager. Her can
do attitude and sharp focus quickly helped her
move out of the shop and into project
management. She has worked in project
management for four years. We think she has
total recall. She is very capable and very much a
team player, which is a big score for EFI!

EFI specializes in the design and construction of custom
exhibits for clients covering multiple industries. Our award-
winning exhibits are featured at some of the largest trade
shows in the world. The exhibits range in size from the
standard “10x10” to massive multi-exhibitor pavilions
covering thousands of square feet.

A full range of in-house design and production capabilities, including a full metal shop, carpentry shop, cad drawing department as well as a graphic
production department allows EFI to provide jaw dropping custom rental displays that have the look and presence of a custom exhibit on a rental budget!
If you are exhibiting at your very first trade show, renting your trade show booth will allow you
to test the waters and go through the entire exhibit design and planning process before you take
the plunge and make the commitment and investment of purchasing a trade show booth. If your
booth space is always the same from show to show and you exhibit at a trade show more than
