3. Almighty God
We thank You for the gift of this day, and
for the presence of each one of us.
We thank You for the gifts and talents
that You bestow on each one of us.
We thank You for the task and mission
that You have entrusted to all of us in
shaping young minds and hearts for our
country’s future.
4. We lift up to You our training this
week. You know that our task is
a big one, and we cannot do
this without Your grace and
guidance. Enlighten our minds
and hearts, direct all of our
efforts.
5. But grant us, too, Almighty God, the
gift of joy and hope. Help us see the
immense possibilities of this program,
and the great adventure that You put
before us. Animate us with the spirit of
openness and cooperation. May our
work be a weaving together of the best
that is in each one of us
6. We lift up to You, not only this training,
but the many years that lie ahead.
We ask for Your light and blessing on
the days and years ahead, and for the
people who are building and who will
continue to build this dream.
7. Fill us with your grace as we receive
and give inputs that might affect the
Filipino children, families, and
individuals. Continue to remind us that
all that we do here today, all that we
accomplish, is for the pursuit of truth for
the greater glory of You, and for the
service of humanity.
