This is my powerpoint presentation from the crash course on creativity by tina seelig from Stanford University. I added music to it but it does not want to play, I don't know what is wrong with it sorry!

2. I am looking forward to this class and to
everything it has to offer. After watching
Tina Seelig’s YouTube video on TEDxStanford
talk: Introducing the innovation Engine, I was
convinced in taking this 7 week course. I
loved how she explained everything and I
understood each and every single word she
said, which was wonderful. I hope this course
helps all of us succeed and become better at
what we do or plan to do.

3.  My name is Beatrice Kappeli
 I am from Yuma, Arizona (born and raised)
 I am 21 years old
 I come from a Mexican family
 I am fluent in both English and Spanish
 I have 3 siblings including me. A younger
sister (20) and an older brother (23).
 I graduated from Yuma High School in 2009
and am the first one to do so in my
immediate family.
 This is going to be my 3rd year in college
after completion of this fall 2012 semester.

4.  I am a very dedicated and passionate person
 I love to play sports with my family and friends and
interact with them.
 I am in a very serious relationship of 3 years with my
wonderful boyfriend, which I love with all my heart!
 I love singing
 I love everything that has to do with beauty, (make-
up, fashion, accessories, hair, nails etc.)
 Making others laugh
 I love taking pictures, photography is very
fascinating.
 I love listening to music
 Dancing
 And I would love to learn a new language!

5.  For being 21 years old I believe I could have
achieved more things, whether in high school,
middle school, etc.
 I have a certificate as a Healthcare Provider
from the American Hear Association
 I will receive a certificate for Massage Therapy
after completion of this fall course in December.
 I plan and hope to begin working at a
chiropractics office at first.
 Even though I continue working in the Massage
Therapy field I do not plan on quitting college.
 I plan to continue college and finish my pre and
co requisites to get in to the Nursing program
and hopefully I will have my associates degree as
a Registered Nurse (RN) in approximately 2-3
years.

6.  After completion of the Nursing Program I plan to
work either at a clinic or hospital, still not decided.
 But this is one of my main focuses, to enter and
complete the Nursing Program, as I want to succeed
in life and have a wonderful future for my future
family and myself.
 My main dreams in life are to be happy and provide
the basic needs for my family and I.
 If time and circumstances permit, I also plan on going
into Beauty School and graduate from their as I love
everything about beauty
 Even though my future goals seem hectic or too
many, these are all the things I love to do and plan
and hope to accomplish them, as nothing is
impossible.
 I will do a bit of everything from which I have learned
and trained.
 The more one knows, the more knowledge and better
understanding of things they have.

7.  As mentioned before, I am a very dedicated person and am
committed in everything I do.
 I am a great people person and am not shy (the majority of
times)
 I am good at public speaking
 I have great leadership skills
 I have demonstrated ability to handle several tasks at once
under stressful working conditions.
 I am responsible
 Sincere
 I have the energy and enthusiasm to help others
 An openness to learn
 Dedication to be the best in all I do
 Good decision making skills
 Open minded

8.  The reason I chose this course was because the information given
in both the reading and the video intrigued me. The way Tina
Seelig talked about and introduced the innovation engine, just
amazed me and I wanted to learn more about!
 What I loved even more, as I mentioned earlier, is that I
understood each and every single word she said. It is such a
wonderful feeling when you can actually understand your
teachers. Well I wanted more of that and hoped that the whole
course would be the same way.
 I am a very creative person and have a wide range of ideas going
through my mind, but often do not express or show them.
Therefore, I hope I can do that and more in this class.
 I hope to get a lot from this class and learn the most I can to
expand my knowledge.
 What also interested me was that this is a world wide
class, working with others around the world will hopefully be
very fun and interesting. My group has yet to contact me which is
why I am doing this assignment by myself, but I hope I get to
meet many wonderful people in where we can all communicate
and interact with each other in a nice and loving way.
