readmore inthe book.I love the original artfromyou! Uncle Lou had importantideasandperspectives.

listedwasRoyHurd and hisDISCpresentation.Itwasveryinformativeandinteresting.Alsoyouare an
amazingteacher,andI way more enjoythe material whenpresentedfromyouinsteadof the Pacific
Institute videos.

4. AndrewB:This classhas helpedme thinkmore positivelyandoptimistically.Ireallyenjoyedsome of the
exercises,evengettingupinfrontof the class.The videoswere veryinformative tohelpunderstandwhy
we react withcertainthoughtsand feelings.Iparticularlylikedthe IamHungry video.We needtohave
our goalslike we needfood.The factthathe keptknockinguntil somebodyansweredwasagood
inspiration,veryusefulinformation.AndexercisessuchasvisualizationsthatIwill use inthe future.
Jackie R: I reallylikedthisclass.Ithelpedme thinkaboutmyself inadifferentway.The classwasalso
interestingwiththe heartwarmingvideosof peoplewhohave ittwice ashard as us.I wouldn’tchange
anythingfromthe class.It was reallymotivatingandtouching.

lectures.

withyoursubconsciousbetter.Ithink if there were more activitieswhere the whole classcanbe ina
groupdiscussion,itwouldmake the learningexperience alittlebetter.
GabriellaL:I likedthe purpose of the class.Idid thinkbackto thingswe learnedinclassduringthe day
and when circumstancescame up.I reallyenjoyedlearningaboutthe DISC.Ido thinkwe could’ve useda
little lessof the PacificInstitute videos.Theywere okay…Iwould’ve likedtosee more of the
inspirationalvideos.Those reallygottome.In the future I know Iwill thinkbackto the thingsthat I

Dear Ed Lynch,
I almostdropped outof Empire because ittookso longfor a couple of people inthe office tofigure out
whetherIgraduatedfromhighschool or not.I showedthemmyhighschool diplomaandmyAssociate’s
Degree.Igot veryfrustratedbecause Iam toobusyfor unnecessarynonsense.Ihadheardgoodthings
aboutEmpire College,therefore Ihave veryhighexpectationsof the school andthe staff.
Ed, since I metyouand got to talkto you,my experience atEmpire isgettingbettereveryday.Icame
across a lot of people, whosaidthattheywere goingtohelpme,butitwas all emptypromises.Youare
