This document contains an algorithm and Python program to concatenate two strings entered by the user. The algorithm defines empty string 3, then uses loops to iterate through string 1 and string 2, adding each character to string 3. The Python program implements this by taking string 1 and 2 as input, initializing an empty string 3, using while loops to iterate with indices i and j, and concatenating the characters to the new string. It displays the concatenated string as the output.
