13. All of my images show the clear conventions of the grime genre as I had carefully thought about
this before I took the pictures. As you can see from slide 2 (Front Cover) the key conventions are
visible to see as you can see the graffiti on the background of the picture. Also on slide 2 my artist
is wearing all black clothes which also suggests he is a grime artist as they usually wear black
branded clothing. Slide 3 is the back cover and is just a basic brick wall but I have done this so that
the front and back cover flow through and are the same. The brick wall also has graffiti on it which
is carrying on the conventions of the grime genre. Slide 4 has the first inside cover and is a medium
shot of the back of my artist which gives him a presence as he is looking down on all the traffic.
Slide 5 (inside cover) is an angled shot of graffiti at a different location which implies how my artist
is in the grime genre. From slide 7-11, these are the other pictures which I took however I decided
not to use them as I improved them and made them better. Slide 12 is the proof of me taking the
pictures of my artist. Throughout taking the pictures I made sure that I used the equipment
correctly so that the pictures are of a high quality. Also, I made sure I followed through with the risk
assessment and was careful when taking all the photos as I did not want to danger myself or my
actor during the shoot. I feel that I achieved a successful shoot as I took many pictures which
improved in quality every time and this led to my final pictures being a high standard, also no one
got hurt during my shoot and it was safe for everyone involved in it.
