1. What have you learnt about
technologies from the process of
constructing this product?

2. Photoshop
• I learnt and developed my skills from GCSE media. I learnt how to airbrush and
manipulate a picture to remove any imperfections. Tools such as the patch tool
were very useful in editing the pictures for my magazine, especially in trying to
make the pictures look as professional as possible.
• Although I started my production with slight knowledge as to ho to use photoshop,
I now feel as though I have learnt even more skills and developed my techniques
even further. I will definitely be able to use it in the future with confidence.

3. Iphoto
• I used Iphoto to change the contrasts and
brightness of my photos. With quite a lot of
the photos I used, I changed the contrast and
brightness on iphoto before manipulating
them in Photoshop.

4. Blogger
• Before starting my media coursework, I had
heard of Blogger before but had never used it.
Blogger was my most used technology as it is
where I kept my progress for my coursework. I
found it useful to upload, as, I could access it
from home and read and respond to teachers
comments and upload on the go.

5. Indesign
• I had never heard of indesign until using it for
this coursework.I did not like Indesign at first,
as, I was so used to Photoshop and wanted to
carry on from there. However, as I used
indesign more and more I started to like it and
was able to insert columns, pictures and pull
quotes.
