In what ways does your media
product use, develop or challenge
  forms and conventions of real
        media products?

Whilst making the website I decide to keep
the style colours throughout and add a lot of
animated still images which
make the website more
attractive.
Updating                     &____
Because we weren’t able to change the
colour apart from the main display picture or
background we tried to do similar updates so
that fans would recognise it.
Choosing the colours
Because Drum ‘N’ Bass is quite a heavy
genre we went with the colours black, red
and white because together they all stand
out. We also added hints of blue and grey
throughout the website and also in the
digipak.

Taking the shots…

     On our website we have pictures of all of
the band so that fans can recognise them and
they can be shown. But in the images the band
aren’t looking at the camera. We done this
because it makes them look as if they are
posing more then just looking at the camera
which is what most pop stars do so we feel it
fits our genre better.
By the band not looking
     it shows that they are
  powerful and don’t need to
 look directly at it. Although I
     think if the genre was
  different then we probably
 would’ve decided as a group
to have them looking into the
             camera.
Since we started researching, planning and
designing for our music video everything we have
done in the process has been a conscious decision,
because we know that it all has to relate together,
make sense and attract the audience and fans.
