1. Students’ comments on creating the website:
We spent much time on preparing it but I know that this time was not
wasted. Throughout the so far time of the project we gathered the materials, we
talked a lot about the webpage look and we distributed the particular tasks
among us. I was segregating files. I had to assign every presentation to particular
and appropriate folder. Every button had to be added separately to various files.
The materials that I was meant to segregate I received from the person who
checked and corrected them when needed.

I am satisfied of the webpage of the project. One of my tasks connected
with creating the website of the project was correcting the presentations, ie
compressing pictures, formatting letter type, changing files names and type of
the file themselves. I spent a lot of time on the Internet searching for appropriate
compressing and converter programs of video files. Thanks to this fact I
improved my programming skills in English.

When I was creating the webpage with my colleagues from
extracurricular English classes I was responsible for renting
Internet domain and checking, if all the references are working right. This
website problems include, inter alia, not loading of Glogster or Prezi
presentations placed in the website by embed codes. They are not loading every
time when opening the particular section of the website or loading takes much
time. I was assigned to uploading materials onto the webpage and registering it
on the Internet.

My contribution to the webpage of Polish-English exchange was using
FrontPage program, allocating multimedia files in different webpage places,
segregation of proper pictures, creating their galleries and reducing their sizes.
Thanks to this project skills of mine and skills of other students engaged in the
work were useful and appreciated.
