This document discusses using the LEGO Serious Play (LSP) method to evaluate an undergraduate nutrition unit at Manchester Metropolitan University. LSP is a facilitated workshop technique that uses LEGO bricks to engage participants physically and mentally through metaphorical modeling. For the unit evaluation, students and lecturers built LEGO models representing their experiences and perspectives, which generated insights into how to improve the student experience. The document provides background on LSP methodology and its benefits for reflection, participation, and understanding complex situations. It also shares examples of models produced during the unit evaluation LSP workshop.
