I have learned several useful skills in Photoshop through making magazines, including how to merge images to create fading effects and use layers to achieve different effects. I have also gained skills in managing my blog, such as editing posts, themes and layouts, and saving drafts of documents. Additionally, I have learned how to embed Prezis, link videos, and upload PowerPoint presentations.

2. • Throughout the process of making my music
magazine, as well as the college magazine I have
learnt various ‘tricks’ on Photoshop that I know
will be able to use in future projects. Among
these tricks are merging two images together to
create a fading effect. Applying this to photos
makes them look a lot more professional.
• As well as this, I have learnt how to use layers to
get any given effect I wish. This is something I
struggled with a lot, and now that I know how
layers work I can create higher quality work.

3. • As well as learning useful tricks on Photoshop,
I have also learnt to manage my blog better,
edit posts, edit the theme and layout of my
blog and save documents as drafts.
• Moreover, I have learnt how to embed Prezis,
link videos and, above all, upload PowerPoint
presentations.
