3. OUTLINE OF RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Both qualitative and quantitative research techniques are applied in this paper. Positivism and
interpretivism research approach is followed in the paper. The data is collected by applying both
primary and secondary research methods. The data collected from survey responses is presented
in the form of graphs and charts to analyze it properly.
DATATO BE COLLECTED AND METHODS TO BE USED
The research would be conducted with the help of both primary and secondary data collection
methods. Secondary data would be collected with the help of various informatory sources like
books, journals, and by referring previous case studies. In order to collect primary data a total of
22 employees will be selected to answer the survey questionnaire. The survey questionnaire
would contain both close ended and open ended question. The information obtained from survey
questionnaire would be analyzed properly to reach final outcomes of the study.
RESEOURCES TO COMPLETE THE RESEARCH WORK
The research would be with the help of research work. Initially, academic resources like books
and journals will be required for data collection. In addition to this, a survey questionnaire with
relevant questions regarding the research topic needs to be prepared. I would also need
permission from various employees selected as participants to take their interviews for data
collection.
