• We’ll take fuel from shell who is one of the top suppliers of
fuel in aviation industry.
• Domestically our routes will be between Lahore,
Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan and Gilgit. And
internationally we will fly to DUBAI, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and
Kuwait Oman.
• Fares will be made on the demand of the customers.
• Initially our fleet will be of 6 aircrafts and all aircrafts will be
Boeing 737-800.
OPERATIONS:
• online booking and boarding services.
• boarding gate 30 minutes before the flight
departure time.
• Boarding will be closed 20 minutes before
departure.
OUTBOUND LOGISTIC:
• We will give rent a car and hotel reservation
services on arrivals demand of the customer.
• We’ll give efficient baggage handling facility at the
point of destination.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Marketing is an important factor for business startup. So our
marketing strategy will be as follows:
We’ll advertise our brand through social media (FACEBOOK
TWITER ETC.) as social media is the great way to advertise
your brand without any cost. We’ll do 5 posts in a weak to
be in the mind of our customers.

We’ll aware our customers towards
any event on destination points.
We’ll arrange sports festivals

So our marketing strategy will be as follows: We’ll advertise our brand through social media (FACEBOOK TWITER ETC.) as social media is the great way to advertise your brand without any cost.
