Christopher Marlowe born in Canterbury, England his exact birth date is not
known which why it is based when he received his baptism in 1564. Marlowe was
a poet and playwright who was very prominent in the dramatic renaissance in the
16th century. Marlowe was a University graduate with a bachelor s of arts. He tried
to obtain his Masters, but the University gave him a hard time in doing so. His first
plays were performed in the late 1580 s and were quite successful in Elizabethan
Theatre. Near the end of his life, Marlow got in trouble with the law when he was
accused of a crime; the crime being atheism and blasphemy. He was later killed
during a fight in 1593 by Ingram Frizer when he stabbed him in the forehead.
Marlowe was a very young playwright for his time. Because he died at age 29, his
literary career lasted less than six years. Dr. Faustus was his most popular written
work which ensured his legacy for centuries to come. His influences and inspirations

My overall impression of the book Floating City is that it gives a good in depth

Today during our CALM block we did an interesting exercise that focused on
opening each one of us up, and get us talking about some specific pieces of our life.
To be quite honest, this was a little challenging for me, as I don t really care to talk

made from glass reinforced epoxy on the orientation, morphology, and volume
fraction of the fibers used in making the rod. This has been achieved by studying the
surface of multiple cross sections of the fishing rod that are mounted on epoxy by
using optical microscopes. Then through analyzing different cross section, the
mechanical properties of the studied fishing rod have been linked to orientation, size,
shape, and volume fraction of the fibers.

Something that was spoken daily in our police academy that I find to be fitting for
this is, when you least expect it, expect it. Natural disasters are something know
really expects to happen until happens. By having these contingency plans in
place, and being able to have a group of people ready to go at a phone call should
make their communities feel better. Something that I did not think about was the
size of the communities. Bigger cities will have more first responders, but also
more area cover. What about smaller communities? The amount of first responders
will be lower, and with that comes training for some unlikely candidates.
Teenagers. High Schools now are beginning to show high schoolers what to do
during certain situations, while waiting for first responders. Once again, I find
this to be a great thing. The great thing about involving the youth is that it teaches
something that can use for the rest of their lives and continue to improve on using.
For those that decide to go to the military, become a first responder, or even a cadet
in a police department, will give them a little bit of an idea what is expected to
happen in that line of work. Being prepared always is the plus side. Which is was
CERT is for. Always ready to go, and they do so swiftly and smoothly. The
