My Long-Term Aerobic Goal
Over the term of the semester, I was able to fully achieve my fitness goals (and then some), due
to a well structured workout plan, persistence and continued exercise throughout the semester,
and reasonable goals. Due to this I was able to significantly improve my cardio and core strength.
My long term aerobic goal was to be able to run the 1.5 mile benchmark run in 9 minutes and 30
seconds, a 3 minute improvement over my initial 11:48 that I tested at initially. I thought this was a
reasonable goal over the course of 1 semester given a consistent amount of practice. I met this goal
about Вѕ into the semester and was able to consistently run the 1.5 miles every workout session
in about 9:10. My aerobic workout schedule consisted of going outside and running the 1.5 mile
course every session, pushing myself to my limits every time and thus incrementally improving
my time. I found tht the most difficult aspect was to master my own self effort, as my own
internal effort seemed to make the difference between a terrible time and a fantastic, fast, run.

In this experiment, we observed the pollination of various plants by various pollinators in the
Binghamton University Nature Preserve. We collected data by observing various plants by the
pond trail area of the nature preserve and attempted to explain why some plants were structurally
more attractive to pollinators than other plants. While observing a variety of plants, it became clear
that the Goldenrod Plant and the Aster plant were the most attractive. This conclusion was drawn

Introduction
There is possibility to use, with respect to the object of valuation, several methods for valuation
of a company in practice. One of the most important and highly used group of methods are yield
methods. They are usually called Discounted Cash Flows (DCF) methods. Value of a company is
derived from present value of future incomes connected with the ownership of a company. The
core of these models is working with time value of future incomes investor gets in case of
realization of an investment. There are several possibilities to work with future incomes in DCF ...

After the holiday was over, it was hard for her to get back to the institutional life in residential

Abstract
There are many types of leukemia that affect thousands of people each year and many do not
survive this type of cancer. Yearly occurrences of new cases reach up to about 54,000 and almost
half of this staggering number end fatally. The four types that are most common for this cancer are
acute myeloid leukemia (AML), chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), acute lymphocytic leukemia
(ALL), and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
Leukemia is a cancer of the blood cells where abnormally high counts of white blood cells are
produced in the bone marrow. These are the primary cells in the body that fight infection but when
they are abnormal as in this case, they cannot be an effective defense mechanism. In their normal
routines of fighting infection, controlling bleeding, and transport of oxygen, the normal functions
of the body begin to break down often leading to fatality.
The cancer of the body s blood forming tissue can be acute, with a rapid onset of symptoms and
be very aggressive in nature. Chronic leukemias are a slow developing cancer and the symptoms
may not be detectable once they have begun to develop in the system. Leukemia has many
different forms where some are more common in children and others in more prevalent in adults.

The Mexican Revolution was brought on by tremendous disagreement among the Mexican people
over the dictatorship of President Porfirio I. DГaz. Diaz stayed in office for 34 years. During that
time, power was in the hands of only a few people. The people had no power to express their
opinions or select their public officials. Wealth was also in the hands of a few people. Porfirio
pushed peasants off of their lands and had business men take their land, they called the land
haciendas. The dictator like rule of Porfirio I. Diaz and the want of land were the reason for
fighting in the Mexican Revolution.
The main antagonist of the Mexican revolution was Porfirio Diaz. Diaz became president of Mexico

effective and well presented metanarrative. It isn t until the final stages of the book where the
