myself with ample time and quite frankly I had no need to move so fast! What does one do in such an
instance? Well, if you re flying out from London Heathrow Airport s Terminal 3, there is only one
place that you should be relaxing in and that s Oriel Grande Brasserie. Owned by the Casual Dining
Group which also owns Café Rouge, Bella Italia, La Tasca, Las Inguanas etc., Oriel Grande Brasserie
is definitely a special place to be in and in my view, a little bit better than the others in its group. It is
located close to the entrance of the terminal and before the check in desks, so its very easy to spot.

My interest gifted education started, when I reflected on my teaching experience and philosophy.
Before start pursuing my master degree in the US, I was a kindergarten teacher. During my practice in
a public school kindergarten classroom, I had a very bright student who immediately picked up cues
that I gave about the activity of the day. She was quickly and correctly finishing the basic math
activities. In addition, she was very creative during the art activities. She also demonstrated leadership
skills among her classmates. While I was evaluating her, I attributed her success to her family
environment. Compared to her classmates, she had very attentive parents. Moreover, she was the last
child of the family and her older two siblings were academically successful role models for her. Most
importantly, she also attended preschool before she started kindergarten; therefore, her performance
was higher compared to classmates who did not have these same experiences. Once I become familiar
with advance courses in gifted education, I now realize and feel my mistake, which was either not to
consult schools guidance counselor or learn more how to engage her with different type of activities.
Therefore, as a part of my professional development, I wanted to focus on the teacher role in the early

It gives students a better understanding of their academic abilities and prevents students from being
powerless in their own education. Grades have served to dehumanize students. Instead of being seen
as full, complete beings they are reduce to A students, C students, and students failing the class. This
judgment is not only made by their teachers but by society as a whole. Parents often set standards for
what their kids grades need to be and punish them if they don t reach the mark. Friends and classmates
compare the results of tests and report cards, making learning into a competition where some are

Man, there is just nothing to do around here anymore. If someone is from a small town, they know this
feeling. In most small towns there are not many things for people to do, especially young people. Most
of the time, young people in a small town have to drive thirty to forty minutes to get to a place with
entertainment for their age. When there is nothing for teens to do, they usually end up getting into
trouble. A solution to this problem would be to bring in new business or reopen old ones that have shut
down in the past. Doing this allows teens to have something to do in their free time, gives young
people more job opportunities, and gives the local economy a boost.
Small towns have many advantages, such as everyone knows and takes care of each other, low crime
rate, and few traffic problems. There are many disadvantages as well. There is little privacy, few
