Most bread is made with wheat flour and when this flour is either kneaded or beaten,
gluten starts to develop. This gives the dough its elasticity and its stretchy
consistency. When the gluten proteins are coated with water high molecular weight
glycoprotein weakened due to the cutting action of kneading and mixing and they are
rearranged into layers to form gluten.
The two main proteins involved in the gluten making process are gliadin and
glutenin. When starches are heated in water, they suck up the water and swell. They
eventually bust and the water that was incased inside the granule comes out and
forms a thick gel, this is called gelatinsiatation. This is not very common in bread as
not much water is used, so most granules don t bust but are incased with water. All
of these starch granules are all linked and the gluten s job is to break down and
release water, which is absorbed by the starch granules. This in turn makes the gluten
set and become stiff, which is why bread doesn t fold when taken out of the oven.

exhibition will be about the reimagining of the exotic female form through abstract
sculpturespecifically, in the round, free standing sculptures. Both Chihuly s piece
as well as Castle s fit this theme as they depict abstract forms that can be
interpreted as feminine. However, the pieces look radically different from one
another and are fairly abstract. One sculpture shows a strong and regal womanly

Recently viewing the movie, The Jungle Book, decided to convey my thoughts. The
movie was adapted from Rudyard Kipling s collective works, as well as Walt Disney

unveil its three act structures, setup, confrontation and resolution. Act one reveals the
protagonist, Mowgli, an orphan human boy raised by wolves. Antagonist, Sher Khan
warns the wolves he would kill the boy and punish them, once the water truce is
over. Mowgli then decides to leave to spare everyone by having the Panther, Bagheera

The concern about identity is a major existential question. People recognize different
objects by their sense, and thus consider their appearance, sound, or smell as their
identities. In many cases, even though the physical traits of an object have changed,
people still know the object. Therefore, these physical definitions of objects are not
their identities. The connections of these characteristics, and furthermore of them and
their inner self, define the uniqueness of an individual. Since the massive universe
